Abstract

A piezoelectric sensor with wide bandwidth comprises a holding unit and a plurality of piezoelectric units. The holding unit comprises at least three holding members, a plurality of electrical inputs and a plurality of electrical outputs. A plurality of holding portions is formed while any one of the holding portions is formed between any two adjacent holding members. The electrical outputs electrically connect to the electrical inputs respectively. In other words, any one of the holding portions is electrically connects to one of the electrical outputs through a respective one of the electrical inputs. The plurality of piezoelectric units is held by the holding portions, with each piezoelectric unit including a plurality of piezoelectric elements and each piezoelectric element comprising an actuated side and an output side. The actuated side is extended out of the holding unit, and the output side electrically connects with one of the electrical inputs, wherein resonance frequencies of the piezoelectric units are different.
