The multi-functional therapeutic sitz bath according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body having a holding portion for holding a fluid; a fluid storage tank which is connected to an external fluid supply source, and stores the fluid; a catheter having an end to which an enema nodule is coupled to spray the fluid stored in the fluid storage tank to the outside, wherein the catheter extracts/retracts the enema nodule from/to the holding portion by driving means so as to enable the enema nodule to be inserted into the body of a user; a liquid medicine injector connected to the catheter to supply liquid medicine to the catheter such that the liquid medicine is injected to the enema nodule; and an operation panel arranged at one side of the main body to select functions of the sitz bath. The sitz bath of the present invention can be also used as a bidet, and has the enema nodule which can be inserted into the body of the user to spray the fluid together with the liquid medicine, to thereby treat the vaginal sac or rectal space of the user and massage the prostate of the user.
