A fastener chain is configured in such a manner that tape folded sections (22) of fastener tapes (20, 20') are folded inward with first tape surfaces inside, and that engagement head sections (32) of rows (30) of elements are disposed so as to protrude to the outside of the tapes from the tape folded sections (22). Element mounting sections (23, 23') of the fastener tapes (20, 20') have first tape regions (24) which are in contact with lower leg sections (34) of the rows (30) of elements, and also have second tape regions (25) which enclose connection sections (35) and upper leg sections (33) of the rows (30) of elements and which expose the first tape surfaces to the outside. 該情形時,於相較鏈布彎折部72b配置於外側之連續鏈 齒歹上,被覆體74係安裝於連續鏈齒列^之上腳部。藉 此連續鏈齒73之上腳部側由被覆體74隱藏,故自上方側 Λ察拉鏈7G時’可不易或無法看見連續鏈齒73。又,於該 拉鏈7〇中’由於被覆體74係配置於高於被著體76之表面的 位置處,故可對拉鏈被著製品進行富有纟體感之裝飾。 如進而於上述專利文獻2中,作為其他實施例,揭示有 :實用新型註冊第31521〇〇號公報 【發明内容】 發明所欲解決之問題 如上述專利文獻1记載之先前之隱形拉鍵中,當使左右 之連續鏈齒列嚙合時,左右之鏈布之鏈布彎折部將彼此密 接’使連續鏈齒列相較該密接之左右之鏈布彎折部配置於 内部側(裏側)。因此,處於嚙合狀態之左右之連續鏈齒列 係由彼此密接之左右之鏈布彎折部隱藏而自外部無法看 見。 然而,於將如此之先前之隱形拉鏈適用於例如汽車用座 201130442 續鏈齒列73之連結部中被覆體74並未受到被覆。因此,上 述拉鏈70存在如下問題:連續鏈齒列73局部暴露而易於自 左右方向(拉鏈寬度方向)看見,導致安裝有拉鏈7〇之被著 製品之美觀性及設計性降低。 又,於上述拉鏈70中,僅被覆體74之中央部藉由固定線 75而縫合於連續鏈齒列73及鏈齒安裝部72c,故亦存在左 右之被覆體74之外侧之侧緣部並未固定於連續鏈齒列73, 導致被覆體74之側緣部易捲曲之問題。 於上述專利文獻2中作為其他實施例記載之拉鏈中,連 續鏈齒之上腳部及連結部上黏著有被覆體,且上腳部及連 結部由被覆體所覆蓋。然而,於製造此種拉鏈之情形時, 在鏈布上縫合連續鏈齒之後,必須利用黏著劑將被覆體黏 著於該連續鏈齒上,故拉鏈之製造步驟變得繁雜。 又於上述拉鏈之情形時,由於連續鏈齒之上腳部及連 結部黏著有被覆體,故被覆體相對連續鏈齒之位置得到固 定。因此,若在被覆體黏著固定於連續鏈齒時被覆體之位 置向左右方向偏移,則無法調整被覆體之位置,使得連續 鏈齒無法完全由被覆體隱藏。 進而,於上述拉鏈中,鏈布與被覆體係分開單獨形成, 故將被覆體黏著於連續鏈齒之上腳部及連結部之情形時, 將導致鍵布與被覆體之間之交界處、或鏈布之鏈布側端緣 可自外部看見,有損拉鏈之美觀性。 而且,使用黏著劑將被覆體黏著於連續鏈齒列時,難以 又,本發明提供之鏈帶之製造方法之特徵在於包含如下 步驟:使藉由具有上述構成之鏈齒列之縫製方法而縫合上 述鏈齒列之上述鏈布之一部分,以上述第〗鏈布面朝向内 側之方式弩折成U字狀,而形成鏈布彎折部;及對上述鏈 布進行加熱’保持上述鏈布彎折之形態。 發明之效果 於本發明之拉鏈用鏈條中,鏈布之鏈布彎折部係以第ι 鏈布面為内側(換言之,將第2鏈布面作為外側)而彎折, 列之縫製方法而縫合有鏈齒列之鏈布之一部分,以其第丄 鏈布面朝向内側之方式彎折成吟狀而形成鏈布_折部1 其後,藉由加熱鏈布而進行鏈布之熱固化,保持鍵布彎折 形態。藉此’便可穩定地製造上述之本發明之鏈條 之鏈帶。 【實施方式】 以下’―面列舉實施例並參照圖式,—面詳細說明本發 明之較佳實施形態。再者,本發明並不受以下說明之各實 施例任何限定,只要具有與本發明實質相同之構成,且實 現同樣之作用效果,便可實施多種變更。 例如,以下之實施例係對將螺旋狀之鏈齒縫合於 作為連續狀之鏈齒列之情形進行說明。然而,本發明並不 限定於此’亦可取代螺旋狀之鏈齒’而將鑛齒狀之鍵齒縫 合於鏈布,形成鏈齒列。 實施例1 ^圖1係表示具有本實施例1之鏈條之拉鏈之正面圖,圖2 係上述鏈條之剖面圖。 再f,於以下之說明中,係將鏈條之鏈布之鏈布長度方 向規疋為别後方向。又’於上述鏈條中’係將鏈布之鍵布 主體部之布寬方向(鏈條之鏈條寬度方向)規定為左右方 向進而,於上述鏈條中,係將鏈布之鏈布主體部之與第 149590.doc -15- 201130442 1及第2鏈布面正交之方向規定為上下方向。 如圖1所示,本實施例!之鏈條丨係藉由沿上述鏈條〗之連 續狀之鏈齒列30安裝滑件4而構成拉鏈3。以此方式構成之 拉鏈3係如下所述可安裝於汽車用座椅6之座套7(參照圖幻 等上進行使用。 如圖2所示,構成此種拉鏈3之本實施例〗之鏈條〗具有左 右一對之鏈帶10。X ’左右之各鏈帶1〇具備經編製而成之 帶狀之鏈布20、縫合於鏈布20上之連續狀之鏈齒列%。 左右之鏈布20具有第i鏈布面及第2鏈布面,且於經線之 開口内使導紗桿往復移動,織入地緯線,藉此編織而成。 又,各鏈布20係分別具有縫合於例如座套7等被著製品之 鏈布主體部21、自鏈布主體部21之一側緣延伸設置且彎折 成u字狀之鏈布彎折部22、自鏈布彎折部22進一步延伸設 置且縫合有鏈齒列30之鏈齒安裝部23。 於該情形時,將朝向鏈布彎折部22之内側之面(内周面) .設為第1鏈布面,將朝向鏈布彎折部22之外側之面、及鏈 齒安裝部23之配置有鏈齒列3〇 一側之面設為第2鏈布面。 再者本貫施例1係對鏈布20為織物之情形進行說明,但 本發明中亦可由針織物構成鏈布。 本實施例1之左右之鏈布20係形成為於左右之鏈齒列3〇 嚙合時,鏈布彎折部22彼此接觸’且鏈齒安裝部23側之鏈 布側端緣20a彼此接觸。再者,於本發明中,當左右之鏈 齒歹j 30嚙5時,左右之鏈布2〇之鏈齒安裝部η側之鏈布側 端緣20a彼此至少接觸即可,亦可為左右之鏈布彎折部22 149590.doc -16 - 201130442 互不接觸的情形。 又,本實施例1之鏈布20之鏈布主體部21及鏈布彎折部 22係由2根單線以拉齊狀態構成丨根之地緯線、及經線編織 而成,如圖3所示,其之編織組織係主要由織入至經線於2 根地緯線之表側及2根地緯線之裏側交替穿行之2/2組織的 斜紋織物構成。可藉由以此方式主要由斜紋織物構成鏈布 主體部21及鏈布彎折部22,而適度柔軟地形成鏈布主體部 21及鏈布彎折部22。 再者,鏈布主體部2 1之與鏈布彎折部22側相反之鏈布側 知緣部20b係藉由利用織入至經線於丨根地緯線之表側及 1根地緯線之裏側交替穿行之ιη組織的平織構成而被封 閉。此處’鏈布主體部21之除鏈布側端緣部2〇b以外之部 分、鏈布彎折部22 '及鏈齒安裝部23之下述第1鏈布區域 24之編織組織係由相同斜紋織物構成,故圖3中對鏈布主 體部21之一部分、鏈布彎折部22、及鏈齒安裝部23之第1 鏈布區域24之一部分編織組織省略圖示。 於邊情形時,配置為地緯線之各單線、及配置於鏈布主 體部21及鏈布彎折部22之經線,係使用160 dtex以上且5〇〇 dtex以下之聚酯纖維、較佳為3〇〇 dtex以上且400 dtex以下 之聚酯纖維。再者,於本實施例1中,作為地緯線配置於 鏈布主體部2 1及鏈布彎折部22之各單線及經線係實際使用 3 30 dtex之聚S旨纖維。 於本實施例1中’鏈布主體部21及鏈布彎折部22係使用 具有如上所述之粗度之經線而構成’藉此便可提高鏈布主 149590.doc 17 201130442 體部21及鍵布彎折部22之於鏈布長度方向上的剛性。 此處,例如將鏈條用於汽車用座椅6之座套7之情形時, 座套7有時形成為相對較厚。於該情形時,藉由固定線而 將鏈條之鏈布縫合於上述座套7時,若鏈布之鏈布長度方 向之剛性不充分’則存在鏈布無法承受固定線之張力而於 鏈布上產生波狀收縮之情形。 相對於此,由於本實施例丨之鏈條丨如上所述可提高鏈布 主體部21及鏈布彎折部22之於鏈布長度方向上的剛性,故 即便藉由固定線將鏈布20之鏈布主體部21縫合於相對較厚 之座套7上’於鏈布20上亦不會產生波狀收縮,從而可防 止縫製收縮等不良狀況之產生。 再者,於本發明中’配置於鏈布2〇之鏈布主體部21、鍵 布彎折部22、及下述鏈齒安裝部23之地緯線及經線之材質 及粗度並無特別限定。例如’如上所述之地緯線及經線中 可任意選擇使用聚酯纖維以外之合成纖維或天然纖維, 又’可視需要任意變更線之粗度。 另一方面,本實施例1之鏈布20之鏈齒安裝部23係具有 配置於鏈布彎折部22侧之第1鏈布區域24、配置於鏈布20 之鏈布側端緣20a側之第2鏈布區域25。 鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域24係配置為自鏈布20之鏈 布彎折部22連續延伸設置,從而接觸到鏈齒列30之下述下 腳部34之外周面。又,鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25係 自上述鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域24形成至鏈布側端緣 2〇a。該第2鏈布區域25係以包覆鏈齒列30之連結部35及上 149590.doc 201130442 腳部33之方式’覆蓋連結部35及上腳部33之外周面,又, 配置成當左右之鏈齒列3 〇嚙合時第2鏈布區域25之第1鏈布 面暴露於外側。 於本實施例1中,鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域24係由與 鍵布’聲折部22、及除鏈布側端緣部2〇b之外之鏈布主體部 21相同的編織組織構成。即,第1鏈布區域24係由2根單線 以拉齊狀態構成為1根之地緯線、及經線編織而成,其之 編織組織係由織入至經線於2根地緯線之表側、及2根地緯 線之裏側交替穿行之2/2組織的斜紋織物所構成。 於該情形時’配置於上述第1鏈布區域24之經線係與鏈 布主體部21及鏈布彎折部22相同,使用16〇 dtex以上且5〇〇 dtex以下之聚酯纖維,較佳為使用3〇〇 dtex以上且4〇〇 dtex 以下之聚醋纖維。再者,於本實施例1中,33〇 dtex之聚酯 纖維實際上係用作第!鏈布區域24之經線。 相對於此,鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25係織入有相 較第1鏈布區域24更細之經線而構成。又,於本實施例1 中’第2鏈布區域25係具有沿鏈齒列3〇之連結部35配置之 第1編織組織區域2 5 a、及沿鏈齒列3 〇之上腳部3 3配置的第 - 2編織組織區域25b。 該第2鏈布區域25之第1及第2編織組織區域25a、25b 中’配置有織入至交替穿行於1根地緯線之表側、及1根地 緯線之裏側之1/1組織的複數根經線(以下簡稱為1/】組織之 經線)、以及織入至交替穿行於2根地緯線之表側、及2根 地緯線之裏側之2/2組織的複數根經線(以下簡稱為2/2組織 149590.doc 19 201130442 之經線)。 可藉由以此方式於第2鏈布區域25之第1及第2編織組織 區域25a、25b中配置1/1組織之經線,而提高第1及第2編 織組織區域2 5 a、2 5 b之強度及财磨損性。又,可藉由於第 1及第2編織組織區域2 5 a、2 5 b中配置2 / 2組織之經線,而 確保第1及第2編織組織區域25a、25b之適當的柔軟性,並 且防止上述區域產生起毛。 進而’當將鏈齒列30縫製於鏈齒安裝部23上時,若2/2 組織之經線配置於第2編織組織區域25b,則可防止第2編 織組織區域25b之線密度變得過高,故可使縫紉機針4丨順 利刺穿該第2編織組織區域25b。 尤其於本實施例1之鏈條1中,配置於第2鏈布區域25之 第1編織組織區域25a之2/2組織之經線之根數比例設定為 大於第2編織組織區域25b。具體而言,本實施例1之第1編 織組織區域25a内,1 /1組織之經線、及2/2組織之經線係以 相同根數配置。相對於此,本實施例1之第2編織組織區域 25b内,2/2組織之經線則以少於組織之經線之根數配 置。 如此般’可藉由使配置於第1編織組織區域25&之2/2組 織之經線之根數比例大於第2編織組織區域25t),而使第i 編織組織區域25a之柔軟性高於第2編織組織區域25b。因 此’可一面使第1編織組織區域25a沿著鏈齒列3〇以較大曲 率彎曲之連結部35進行彎曲,一面易於藉由上述第1編織 組織區域25a覆蓋連結部35。 149590.doc •20· 201130442 另一方面,可藉由使配置於第2編織組織區域25b之1/1 組織之經線之根數比例大於第1編織組織區域25a,而使第 2編織組織區域25b之線密度變得大於第1編織組織區域 2 5 a,從而提向第2編織組織區域2 5 b之強度。因此,可穩 定地維持將鏈齒列30縫合於鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域 24、及第2鏈布區域25之第2編織組織區域25b的狀態。 於該情形時,配置於第2鏈布區域25之第1及第2編織組 織區域2 5 a、2 5 b之經線係使用3 0 dtex以上且150 dtex以下 之聚酯纖維,較佳為50 dtex以上且100 dtex以下之聚酯纖 維。再者’於本實施例1中,84 dtex之聚酯纖維實際係用 作第1編織組織區域25a之經線,而50 dtex之聚酯纖維係用 作第2編織組織區域25b之經線。 如此般’藉由使配置於第2鏈布區域25之經線細於配置 於第1鏈布區域24之經線,可使第2鏈布區域25之鏈布厚度 薄於第1鏈布區域24,並且使第2鏈布區域25易彎曲而形 成。因此’可使鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25易於沿著 鏈齒列30之連結部35及上腳部33之外周面彎曲。 本實施例1之鏈條1之鏈齒列30係藉由使聚酯等合成樹脂 製之單絲成形為螺旋狀而形成為連續狀。構成該鏈齒列3〇 之各鏈齒3 1係具有嚙合頭部3 2、自上述嚙合頭部3 2沿鏈條 寬度方向延伸設置之上下腳部33、34、及使上腳部33或下 腳部34之端部與鄰接於前後方向之鏈齒31之下腳部34或上 腳部3 3連結的連結部3 5。 該鏈齒列30係於芯線3 7穿過上下腳部33、34間之狀態、 149590.doc •21 · 201130442 且下腳部34接觸於鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域24並且連 結部35及上腳部33由鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25覆蓋 的狀態下’縫合於鏈齒安裝部23 ^尤其於該情形時,鏈齒 列30之上下腳部33、3 4係藉由包含上線及下線之縫合線3 8 之多線鎖鏈針步而縫合於鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域 24、及第2鏈布區域25之第2編織組織區域25b。 其次’對製造具有如上所述之構成之本實施例1之鏈條i 的方法進行說明。 本實施例1之鏈條1係以如下方式製造:分別製作左右之 鏈帶1〇,其後使左右之鏈帶10之鏈齒列3〇嚙合。 首先,為製作鏈帶1 〇,而使用縫紉機將連續狀之鏈齒列 30縫製於鏈布2〇上。 此處,如圖4所示,用於縫製之縫紉機之縫製部係具有 使用2行之縫紉機針41,將鏈齒列30縫製於鏈布20之導引 部40。於該縫紉機之縫製部,2行之縫紉機針“係相互錯 開配置於鏈布20及鏈齒列3〇之搬送方向上。又,於導引部 4〇中,配置有可使鏈布2〇及鏈齒列3〇穿過之通徑、及可 使2行之縫紉機針41沿上下方向穿過之穿針孔43。 於該情料,上料引部4G之通彳i42具有可使鏈布默 彎折成u字狀之鏈齒安裝部23及鏈齒列3〇穿過的第丄通徑 42a、以及使相當於鏈布2〇之布本體部及鏈布彎折部Μ之 部分穿過的第2通徑42 b。 又,穿針孔43係以2行之縫紉機針41可貫通導引部扣之 第2通徑42b之方式,沿與鏈布2〇及鏈齒安裝部23之搬送方 149590.doc •22· 201130442 向正父之方向配置於第1通徑42a之上方及下方。 進而’相較該導引部40而於上述搬送方向之上游側,配 置有未圖示之導向部,其將鏈布20之鏈齒安裝部23一面弯 折成U字狀一面朝向導引部40之通徑42進行導引。 於使用具有此種導引部40之縫紉機,將鏈齒列3 〇縫製於 鏈布20之情形時,首先,將鏈布2〇及鏈齒列3〇導引導入至 導引部40之通徑42内。此時’於鏈布2〇導入至導引部4〇之 通徑42内之前,藉由配置於上述導引部4〇之上游側之未圖 示的導向部,使鏈布20之鏈齒安裝部23以其第2鏈布面朝 向内側(第1鏈布面朝向外側)之方式彎折成U字狀。 此處,於本實施例1之鏈布20中,如上所述配置於鏈齒 安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25之經線中,使用細於第1鏈布區 域24之線。又,配置於第2鏈布區域25之第1編織組織區域 25a之2/2組織之經線之比例設定為高於上述第2鏈布區域 25之第2編織組織區域25b。 藉此,鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25、尤其第2鏈布區 域25之第2編織組織區域25b形成為易於彎折成u字狀,故 當鏈布20穿過未圖示之導向部時,可易於將鏈齒安裝部23 彎折成沿著鏈齒列30之上下腳部33、34及連結部μ之外周 面之形態。 繼而,鏈齒安裝部23呈U字狀彎折之鏈布2〇以維持該彎 折形態之狀態,導入至導引部40之通徑42内。又,螺旋狀 之鏈齒列30係於芯線37***至上下腳部33、34間之後,配 置於鏈布20之彎折成U字狀之鏈齒安裝部23之内側(内周 149590.doc -23- 201130442 側)’並與鏈布20—併導入至導引部4〇之第1通徑42a内。 此時’鏈齒列30係下腳部34接觸於(或朝向)鏈齒安裝部 23之第1鏈布區域24之第2鏈布面,且,上腳部33及連結部 35接觸於(或朝向)鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25之第2鏈 布面,並且嚙合頭部32以朝向彎折成U字狀之鏈齒安裝部 23之開口側的姿勢導引至鏈齒安裝部23之内侧。 其次’將導入至導引部40之通徑42内之鏈布20及鏈窗列 30—面保持特定之彎折形態及位置關係,一面沿通徑42搬 送至下游側。與此同時,經由配置於導引部4〇之穿針孔 43 ’使2行縫紉機針41沿上下方向往復運動,藉此將鏈齒 列30之上下腳部33、34及芯線37縫合於鍵布20之鏈齒安裝 部23。 此時,鏈齒列30之上下腳部33、34係藉由包含上線及下 線之縫合線3 8之多線鎖鍵針步,而同時縫合於下腳部3 4所 接觸之鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域24、及上腳部33所接 觸之鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區域25中的第2編織組織區域 25b 〇 尤其於本實施例1中’鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈布區域24係 如上所述由斜紋織物構成,又,鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布 區域2 5之第2編織組織區域2 5 b之經線中,不僅使用1 /1組 織之經線’而且亦以特定比例使用2/2組織之經線。 因此,可使縫紉機針41順利刺穿鏈齒安裝部23之第1鏈 布區域24及第2鏈布區域25中之第2編織組織區域25b,藉 此’便可將鏈齒列30之上下腳部33、34穩定地縫合於第1 149590.doc .24· 201130442 鏈布區域24及第2鏈布區域25之第2編織組織區域25b。 而且,藉由縫紉機針41而縫合有鏈齒列3〇之鏈布2〇係藉 由配置於縫紉機之未圖示之搬送機構而搬送至下游側後加 以回收。 ,可藉由進行如上所述之縫製步驟,而獲得於上下腳部 . 33、34及連結部35由鏈布20之鏈齒安裝部23覆蓋,且嚙合 頭部32配置於U字狀之鏈齒安裝部23之開口側的狀態下將 鏈齒列30縫合於鏈布20之鏈帶1〇。 當上述縫製步驟結束之後’如圖5所示,進行使縫合有 鏈齒列30之鏈布20之一部分彎折,形成鏈布彎折部22之步 驟。 具體s兒明之,於該步驟中,首先將鏈布2 〇中之相較縫合 鏈齒列30時所形成之縫製線(即,藉由縫合線38而形成之 缝製線)更靠喷合頭部3 2側的布部分彎折。 此時’該鏈布部分係以其第1鏈布面朝向内側且鏈布剖 面呈現U字狀之方式進行彎折。藉此,於鏈布2〇上形成^ 字狀彎折之鏈布彎折部22。再者,於該情形時,鍵布2〇於 形成鏈布彎折部22時,以鏈齒列30之嚙合頭部32之至少一 - 部分相較鏈布彎折部22之外周面之位置而朝向鏈條寬度方 向之鏈布外側突出的方式進行彎折。 繼而’以上述方式將鏈布20彎折’形成鏈布彎折部之 後’加熱該鏈布20 ’進行用以保持鏈布2〇之彎折形熊的熱 固化。藉此,製造鏈齒列30之嚙合頭部32之至少—部分自 鏈布20之鏈布彎折部22起向外側突出之狀態得到維持的鍵 I49590.doc •25- 201130442 帶ίο。 接著’使以上述方式獲得之鏈帶1 〇以兩個為一組進行組 合,並使各鏈齒列30之自鏈布彎折部22突出之嚙合頭部32 彼此0§合。藉此’獲得圖2所示之本實施例1之鍵條1。 以此方式獲得之本實施例1之鏈條1中’鏈齒列3 〇之連結 部35及上腳部33係由鏈布20之鏈齒安裝部23之第2鏈布區 域25完全包覆《並且,左右之鏈布2〇之鏈齒安裝部23相對 之鏈布側端緣20a彼此接觸。 藉此’於本實施例1之鏈條1中,可無需使用例如上述專 利文獻2之被覆體,而藉由鏈布2〇之鏈齒安裝部23確實地 隱藏左右之鏈齒列30,且可使鏈齒安裝部23之第丄鏈布面 暴露於外側。 尤其於上述鏈條1中,鏈布2〇之鏈齒安裝部23係自鏈齒 列30之下腳部34起經由連結部35直至上腳部33之嚙合頭部 32側為止,連續地包覆鏈齒列3〇。因此,亦不會如上述專 利文獻2般產生鏈齒列3〇局部暴露之問題。 因此,根據本實施例1之鏈條丨,與例如先前之隱形拉鏈 =比,亦不會增加拉鏈構成零件之件數,且可整體性地穩 定覆蓋喷纟狀態下之鏈齒列30 M吏其無法自夕卜部看見,從 而可提高鏈條1之美觀性。 進而,上述鏈條1中,鏈齒列30及覆蓋該鏈齒列3〇之鏈 齒安裝部較左右之鏈布2G之相互對接的鏈布彎折部 22,配置於外部侧(表側)。藉此,鏈條i可使鏈齒安裝部23 如鑲邊般呈現立體感,故呈現出與先前之隱形拉鍵不同的 149590.doc •26· 201130442 新外觀。 再者,於本實施例1之鏈條〖中,例如亦可於鏈布2〇之鏈 齒安裝部23有目的地形成設計為如圓形或菱形等所需形狀 之孔部。藉此,可經由鏈齒安裝部23之孔部而局部看見由 鏈齒安裝部23包覆之鏈齒列30,故可增加鏈條丨之設計變 化° 進而,於本實施例1之鏈條丄中,例如於鏈齒列3〇之嚙合 狀態下,左右之鏈布20受到相互背離之方向之橫向拉力 時,存在左右之鏈布彎折部22沿相互背離之方向移動的可 能性。 然而,上述鏈條1之左右之鏈齒列3〇將受到因上述橫向 拉力而使嚙合頭部32側之部分(即,左右之鏈齒列3〇之中 央部分)向下方下沉方向之力,故鏈齒安裝部23相對之鏈 布側端緣20a不會沿背離方向移動。 因此,上述鏈條1即便左右之鏈布2〇受到橫向拉力,亦 可穩定地維持鏈齒安裝部23相對之鏈布側端緣2〇a彼此之 接觸狀態,從而可確實地防止嚙合狀態下之左右之蟑齒列 3 0暴露於外部的情形。 而且,可藉由將能夠沿左右之鏈齒列3〇滑動之滑件4安 裝於以上之本實施例丨之鏈條丨,而製造圖丨所示之拉鏈3。 又,以此方式獲得之本實施例丨之拉鏈3(或鏈條〇可較 佳用於例如圖6所示之汽車用座椅6之座套7。 圖6所示之汽車用座套7構成為覆蓋安裝於汽車用座椅6 之座墊之表面,且具有覆蓋座墊之複數個座椅狀之外表材 149590.doc •27- 201130442 料、及將彼等外表材料間連結之作為連結構件的本實施例 1之拉鏈3。 尤其於該座套7中’於汽車用座椅6之作為脊線部6a之部 位配置有拉鏈3,且沿配置有該拉鏈3之脊線部6a包覆鏈齒 列30之鏈布2〇之鏈齒安裝部23暴露於外部。 當本實施例1之拉鏈3用於上述之座套7時,鏈布2〇之鏈 布主體部21或鏈布彎折部22係縫合於座套7之外表材料。 於該情形時,拉鏈3可以鏈布2〇之鏈布主體部21之第〗鏈布 面對向於座套7之外表材料的方式,縫合於外表材料上, 或者亦可以鏈布主體部21之第2鏈布面對向於座套7之外表 材料的方式,縫合於外表材料上。 J 士於以鏈布主體部21之第1鏈布面對向於座套7之外 表材料的方式,將拉鏈3縫合於外表材料之情形時,如上 述專利文獻2(實用新型註冊第31521〇〇號公報)之〇〇18段落 斤。己載使外表材料之端部藏入收納於鏈布2〇之鏈布彎 折。卩22之内側(内周側),並將鏈布2〇之鏈布主體部η或鏈 布彎折部22縫合於外表材料。 另一方面,於以鏈布主體部21之第2鏈布面對向於座套7 之外表材料的方式,將拉鏈3縫合於外表材料之情形時, 則以鏈布20之鏈布主體部21之第2鏈布面與外表材料之外 (暴露於外部一側之面)對向的方式,以重疊之狀態縫 製鏈布主體部21與外表材料。 如此般,本實施例1之拉鏈3安裝於外表材料之座套7於 工右之鏈齒列3G處於嗜合之狀態時,鏈齒列30由鏈布20之 I49590.doc •28· 201130442 鍵齒安裝部23包覆隱蔽,並且包覆鏈齒列3〇之鏈齒安裝部
