入商品代號至商品代號輸入方塊14，或是按「>」以代號/名稱搜尋商品）、 交易別（點選「整股」、「盤後」或「零股」按鍵，此例預設為「整股」）、 種類別（點選「現股」、「融資」或「融券」按鍵，此例預設為「現股」）、 賣賣別(點選買進/賣出按鍵以選擇「買進」或「賣出」，此例預設為「買進」）、 價格別(輸入價格至價格輸入方塊18，或是點選漲停/平盤/跌停價位按鍵 20以帶入價格至價格輸入方塊18，並可再按價格增/減按鍵36，「+」或「-」 以增/減價格）、以及數量別(輸入數量至數量輸入方塊22，並可再按數量增 /減按鍵，「+」或「-」以增/減數量），最後再按破認送出按鍵24以完成下 201128559 單程序，或是按清除按鍵以取消下單。 第1B圖係習見下單範例視圖，使用者於商品代號輸入方塊14中輸入 張停/平盤/跌停價位按鍵20可讓使用者按其中一鍵即可快速在價格輸 入方塊18中直接帶入價格’而不必經由使用者手動輸入價格，此種操作甚 為方便。當價格輸入方塊18中已有一數值(價格)時，使用者即可按該價位 增/減按鍵36之「+」與「一」按鍵以增/減該數值，而其增/減值係視金 融商品價格跳動最小值而定。例如「台積電」之最小跳動單位為「〇 1」元， 當點選張停/平盤/跌停價位按鍵20之「平盤」鍵將「6〇」帶入至價格輸入 方塊18後，按一下價位增/減按鍵36之增（「+」）鍵，價格輸入方塊18 • 中之數值即變更為「60.丨」’以此類推。然後僅满停價位、平盤價位與跌停 價位三項價格供使用者選取尚稱不足，實務上操作，使用者於下單之際常 參考最佳五檔資訊54以決定欲在價格輸入方塊18中所輸入之值，該最佳 五檔資訊54係由最佳五檔視圖26所提供。 參閱第1C圖’其為習見之最佳五檔視圖26。最佳五檔視圖26提供最 佳五檔資訊54包含··買方之價/量資訊（買方價格欄28與買方單量搁3〇)， 以及賣方之價/量資訊（賣方價格攔32與賣方單量欄34)。圖例係將買/賣方 價格(28/32)置於内側（即兩攔置中並列）而將買/賣單量（3〇/34)置於兩外 201128559 側，亦有部份習見最佳五樓資訊54將買/賣方價格⑽/32)置於買/賣單量 (30/34)左方。而價格與單量攔位中之資訊其上/下位置係具特別意義，由 上至下依序而列’最上方代表最佳H代表次佳、第三列代表第三佳... 以此類推。圖示中第-觀方價格28係「59 5」為最佳買方價格，而第 二播「59.4」即為次佳買方價格’而第一槽賣方價格32係「59 6」即為最 佳賣方價格，而第二檔「59_ 7」即為次佳賣方價格。 由最佳五檔資訊54可清楚看出某特定價格是否包含在其中。以第1B 圖之使用者欲以「台積電」平盤價「6G」購進「1」張股票為例，自第lc 圖可發現該平盤價「60」係賣方價格32之第五槽次，即使用者以第一棺次 賣方價格32之「59.6」即可買到。該價格即係「現價」，使用者手動輸入 將購貝價格(價格輸入方塊18)改為現價之「59. 6」即可省下與平盤價中間 之價差。然而手動輸入「59.6」至少需要按四次按鍵(三個數字與一個小數 點）’且行情大時該現價變動快。於是亦有習見技術在下單視圖12中將「現 價價位按鍵」（未描繪)加至價格輸入方塊18旁，使價位按鍵增為四個（張 停/平盤/跌停/現彳貝），但下单時還是不如配合最佳五樓資訊54來得有彈性 (有買/賣方共十個價位較多選擇，且有買/賣方單量資訊供參考）。故，有 部份習見技術讓使用者在最佳五檔視圖26中點選最佳五稽任一標次之買方 價格28或賣方價格32時直接將該檔次價格帶入下單視圖12之價格輸入方 塊18中。 第2圆係習見裝置功能系統方塊圖（僅顯示下單與最佳五稽之相關模 組，其餘模組未描繪）。其中，輸入裝置與操作模組38係負責處理使用者 之操作與輸入，例如使用者點選按鍵、觸控捲動視圖、手寫輸入股票代號... 201128559 等，資料接收/傳送模組40負責接收伺服器端傳送至行動設備之資料，例 後，使用者即可查看「台積電」之最佳五檔資訊，並可透過輸入裝置與 操作模組38點選任一檔次之價格以將該價格帶入下單視圖12之價格輸入 方塊18中。假設使用者點選買方價格28之第一檔次「59. 5」，下單模組私 即把59.5」帶入價格輸入方塊18中’接著晝面顯示模組46呈現下單視 圖12。在價格帶入價格輸入方塊18後，使用者可透過輸入裝置與操作模組 水平整合原分散且需以選單操作以切換之下單視圖與最佳候選檔次視圖成 為單一視圖，讓使用者可直接透過裝置原本内建之輸入裝置與操作模組以 觸控捲動（滑動）該下單與最佳候選檔次整合視圖，以便下單之際可快速杳 看最佳候選檔次資訊，而不必再透過選單操作切換視圖。使用者並可任意 點選該下單與最佳候選檔次整合視圖中之最佳候選檔次任一檔次價格，以 直接將該檔次價格帶入下單價格輸入方塊，縮短使用者輸入下單價格之時 間。 本發明之另一目的，在於提供一種金融下單軟體之下單與最佳候選檔 次視圖整合裝置，該裝置包含：一下單模組、一最佳候選檔次模級與一整 合模組。其中，下單模組用以檢核下單欄位並產生下單視圖。最佳候選檔 次模組用以依據最佳候選檔次資訊產生最佳候選檔次視圖。整合模組用以 聯結並整合下單視圖與最佳候選檔次視圖為下單與最佳候選檔次整合視 圖，以同時顯示下單視圖與最佳候選檔次視圖。
