A ventilation and air conditioning device for a bathroom, comprising a body portion and a blower portion, wherein the body portion is provided with a circulation blower, a circulation suction opening, a circulation blowing opening, a circulation flow path, a first ventilation opening, a second ventilation opening, a ventilation flow path, a compressor, a first heat exchanger, an expansion mechanism, a second heat exchanger, a refrigerant circuit, and a body partition wall. The blower portion is provided with a ventilation blower, a blower partition wall, a suction opening which connects to a room other than the bathroom, a first air-delivery opening, a ventilation blowing opening, and a second air-delivery opening. The air sucked by the ventilation blower from the suction opening which connects to a room other than the bathroom is discharged outdoors from the ventilation blowing opening through the first air-delivery opening, the first ventilation opening, the ventilation flow path, the second heat exchanger, the second ventilation opening, and the second air-delivery opening.
