Abstract

A real-time adjustment system of fitness program and method thereof is provided that fitness equipment can real-time adjust exercise intensity according to user fitness status. By analyzing user physiological information, then suitable fitness model can be loaded to fitness equipment. The system can calculate the exercise intensity according to target time and target calories inputted by the user and generate fitness program. During the execution of the fitness program, the system can real-time adjust exercise intensity of fitness equipment and can detect user cardiac parameters to adjust exercise intensity.
