便與需要，而不斷地被開發出來；例如，各式手機（或稱 行動電話，Cellular Phone )、智慧型手機（Smart Phone )、 . 股票機、及具行動通訊功能之個人數位助理（Personal • Digital Assistant ;簡稱 PDA)等等。 除了前述之各種無線通訊裝置的硬體外，更有許多可 配合刖述硬體來執行與應用的軟體與功能不斷地被開發 ❹ 絲’以讓使用者可以更便利、更即時、且更隨時隨地的 理財、工作、娛樂_取資訊等等。例如，透過無線通訊 冑置來it行股票或㈣等有伽券的電？交純是其中 一例。這些用來進行股票或«等有價證券之電子交i的 無線通訊裝置’除了進行電子下單之功能外，即時性證券 買賣時機之提示更是另—項不可或缺之重要魏，以便能 協助使用者從龐大的證券資訊中準確地掌握最佳之 時機。 5 200949745 如圖一所示，目前習用的無線通訊裝置1〇在提供 票等有償證券之電子交易服務時，其最常見的證券資ς警 示方式，就是在股票價格漲幅大於一特定百分比時（例如 +7%)，以特定的顏色（例如，台股是大紅色）的底色來 顯示其價格攔位11。相對地，當股票價格跌幅達到一特 定百分比時（例如-7%)，則以另一顏色（例如’台股是 大綠色）的底色來顯示其價格攔位，如此便可吸弓丨使用者 ❹ 注意、達到警示的目的。目前習知的另一種證券資訊警示 方式’是在無線通訊裝置的顯示螢幕上增列一警示攔也 12’並在警示攔位12中顯示預設的警示文字符號，例如： 以文字符號V表示成交量達到一異常巨量、L表示成交價 … 低於一預設低價、Η表示成交價高於一預設高價等等。前 述兩種習知警示方式的最大缺點’就是只能表現出漲停或 跌停、或是異常巨量等非常兩極化的價量狀態，而無法表 現出不同程度之股價涨跌幅或是成交量的中間值狀態。此 ❾外’以文字符號來提供警示的效果也較不明顯，無法像是 以特定底色來顯示某一攔位的警示效果般地那麼顯眼與 直接。 、 【發明内容】 本發明的主要目的是提供一種證券資訊自選警示方 法及系統，可藉由多種顏色之底色來分別表現符合不同警 不條件之證券資訊，以達到直接且顯眼地警示效果。 為達上述目的，本發明所提供之證券資訊自選警示方 6 200949745 法，乃是由使用者預先建立複數個不同的警示條件 如：某證券之成交價格、漲跌幅、或是成交量是否達 預設值等等。並且，每-警示條件係分別對應於一種顯示 底色。之後，當自外界接收即時證券資料、或是自資料$ 下載自選證券資料時，可以先檢查證券資料之各資料攔位 的數值是否符合其所對應之任一警示條件^倘若符合某一 警不條件時，則以該警示條件所對應之該顯示底色來填滿 顯示該資料棚位，以達到直接且顯眼地警示效果。/ 於一較佳實施例中’當該證券資料係為證券之即時報 價資料、且經檢查發現有任一資料攔位的數值係符合其所 對應之任一警示條件時，則更執行下列步驟： 彈出一提示訊息、並發出警示訊號；其中，所述之警 示訊號係包括下列至少其令之一··發出警示音、產生警示 震動、使顯示於該資料攔位之顯示底色進行閃爍。 於一較佳實施例中，有若干警示條件係對應於同一個 資料欄位；並且，各警示條件更分別對應於一優先狀態， 以供表示各個警示條件之間的適用優先順序；其中，當同 一個資料攔位的數值係符合至少兩個不同警示條件時，則 使用較優先之該警示條件所對應之該顯示底色來顯示該 資料攔位。 於一較佳實施例中，對應於同一個資料攔位之該若干 警示條件所對應的顯示底色係屬於相同色系但是深淺不 同的顏色’並且，優先順序越高的警示條件則其顯示底色 的顏色越深。 200949745 ▲於-較佳f施例中’該些警示條件之增減百分比、創 一較佳實施例的示意圖，圖四係說明本發明之複數顯示底 色與其所對應之警示條件的一較佳實施例示意圖。 基本上’本發明之證券資訊自選警示系統2〇可透過 一傳輸介面90自一證券資料來源91接收複數筆即時或是 歷史的證券資料。於本較佳實施例中，本發明之證券資訊 自選警示系統20是指可以無線通訊方式接收及處理證券 資訊的手持式無線通訊裝置，例如但不褐限於：智慧型手 機（SmartPhone)、掌上型股票機、或具行動通訊功能之 個人數位助理（PDA)等等。該系統20可以有線或無線 方式連接於傳輸介面90、並透過傳輸介面9〇來和證券資 料來源91連線並進行證券資料之傳輸。其中，該傳輸介 面 90 可以是例如：GPRS (General packet Radi〇 Seryice， 整合封包無線電服務技術）、3G (第三代行動通訊網路） 等之行動通訊網路’或是WiFi (Wireless Fidelity)等無線 區域網路，或是 WiMax (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access ’全球互通的微波存取）等無線廣域網 路，或是以有線連接之LAN (Local Access Network)區 域網路等。該證券資料來源91則可以是例如：提供金融 業者、證券交易服務業者、電信業者、或是證券交易所等 等’這證券資料來源91可以提供即時或是歷史的證券資 9 200949745 料，例如但不拘限於··股票交易即時行情與股票交易歷史 紀錄等等。 ^ 於圓二所示之實施例中，本發明之證券資訊自選警示 系統20係包括有·一證券資訊模組21、一資料庫22、一 資訊分析模組23、一顯示模組24、一警示模組25、以及 一操作介面模組26。 該證券資訊模組21係用以連接於外界之該傳輸介面 90 ’進而透過傳輸介面90與證券資料來源91相連線，並 接受來自外界之該證券資料來源91的至少一筆證券資料 211、212、213 ’例如但不侷限於：證券之即時報價資料、 歷史成交資料、技術分析資料、或自選列表資料等等。其 中，每一筆證券資料211、212、213均分別具有複數個資 料攔位30，例如但不侷限於：股票之個股代號棚位31、 成交（或收盤）價格攔位32、漲跌（價格增減）攔位33、 成交量欄位34、時間欄位35等等（如圖三所示）。 該資料庫22係連接於證券資訊模組21，且係用以儲 存複數個不同的警示條件、複數個不同的顯示底色、以及 由證券資訊模組21所接收之證券資料211、212、213等。 如圖四所示’即係說明了本發明之複數顯示底色411·422 (顏色）與其所對應之警示條件431-442 (價格條件）及 451462 (總量條件）的一較佳實施例示意圖。其中，該 資料庫22係建;^於—非揮舰記憶裝置中 »例如但不偈 限於：快閃記憶體或是硬碟等。 該資訊分析模組23係連接於證券資訊模組21與資料 200949745 庫22，可檢查並比對該證券資料211-213之各資料糊位 31-35的數值是否符合任一警示條件431-442 (價格條件） 或451-462 (總量條件）。當該證券資料211-213之任一資 料攔位31-35的數值係符合其所對應之任一警示條件 431 -442或451 -462時，則以該警示條件431 -442或451 -462 所對應之該顯示底色411-422來顯示該資料欄位31-35。 如圖三所示，因證券資料212之收盤價格達到26W高之 條件、敌以顯示底色418來填滿該收盤價格欄位32 ;同 時’同一筆證券資料212之價格漲:跌幅達到+7%、且成交 總量超過100K大量以上之條件，故分別以顯示底色416 與顯示底色415來分別填滿其漲跌攔位33與總量攔位 34。於本實施例中，該資訊分析模組23係包括有一微處 理器，並且，用以控制證券資訊自選警示系統2〇整體運 作的中央控制單元可以是内建於該資訊分析模組23或是 與資訊分析模組23相連結〇 該顯示模組24係連接於資訊分析模組23並受其控 制，來根據檢查之結果而使用特定之顯示底色411_422來 填滿特定之資料攔位位置於一顯示螢幕241上。其中，該 顯示螢幕241的一般例子可以是薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器 (177 LCD)、彩色扭轉液晶顯示器（STN LCD)、電漿 顯示器、投影機、及監視器等等。 該警示模組25係連接於資訊分析模組23，可在當經 檢查發現有任一資料攔位31-35的數值係符合其所對應之 任一警不條件431-442或451-462時，產生一警示訊號。 200949745
