A dynamic image distribution system of the present invention includes: a dynamic image data storing portion which stores a dynamic image data; a dynamic image data distribution portion which distributes the dynamic image data to a terminal connected via a network; a composite data storing portion which stores a composite data composited to the dynamic image; a composite data distribution portion which distributes the composite data to the terminal; a file for composite-process generating portion which receives specification of the dynamic image data and the specification of the composite data from the terminal, and generates a file for composite-process storing at least each of identifying information of the specified dynamic image data and the specified composite data, and identifying information of a program in which the specified dynamic image data and the specified composite data are replayed on the terminal; a generation information registering portion which registers the generated file for composite-process with a generation information storing portion; a replay request receiving portion which receives the identifying information of the program when receiving a dynamic-image-replay-request from the terminal; and an information to terminal sending portion which sends to the terminal the file for composite-process stored in the generation information storing portion in a state of being corresponded to the received identifying information of the program, the dynamic image data distribution portion distributing the dynamic image data stored in the dynamic image data storing portion to the terminal based on reception of the identifying information of the dynamic image sent from the terminal based on the file for composite-process, and the composite data distribution portion distributing the composite data stored in the composite data storing portion based on reception of the identifying information of the composition data sent from the terminal based on the file for composite-process.
