Abstract

The present invention provides a cold-rolling continuous production line for producing steel coil product by using white steel coil, which comprises in order: uncoiling and electric welding equipment, which uncoils and welds the white steel coil at leading and trailing ends; tandem cold rolling equipments; oil removal equipment, which removes rolling oil; annealing and pickling equipment, which carries out temperature annealing and removing scales; refining and rolling equipment, which improves surface glossiness; tension flattening equipment, which flattens steel belt product after refining; cutting and recoiling equipment, which cuts off the welding path and recoils the steel belt product into a steel coil product; and plural accumulation adjusting equipments, which are respectively arranged between predetermined ones of the equipments to adjust the conveyance of steel belt. The present invention forms a continuous cold-rolling production line by composing of the mentioned equipments, which is fed directly with the white steel coil and produces cold-rolled steel coil product in high machine utilization rate so as to achieve the purpose of increasing yield and reducing production cost.
