DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a body building device and apparatus for exercising the core muscles of a human body in particular. [Prior Art] There are a number of known movements for strengthening the muscles of the mid-section of the human body. The most famous ones include simple so-called, sit-ups, which are usually used as abdomen movements (used to shorten the abdominal muscles under tension). The small movement of the group) is carried out, as well as ~ the spine twists the squat and the side bends. This type of exercise means that the individual is lying down on his back, his feet flattened, or his knees are raised or bent. Then, through the use of his abdominal muscles, the individual's back is lifted off the ground, but the hips are kept on the ground. A variety of abdominal muscle building equipment and devices, such as the Swiss ball, the so-called Abs (abdominal muscle)-contraction rod and the Abs-roller frame have been proposed to assist in this type of exercise. However, as long as all such conventional equipment requires the user to pose on or near the floor, and in many cases, such posture may prove uncomfortable, and potentially in particular to the spinal joint, it will be considered There are disadvantageous restrictions. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention seeks to provide a body-building device that has advantages over such conventional devices and conventional fitness protocols. In particular, the present invention seeks to provide a bodybuilding device that has the potential to exercise all of the core muscle groups rather than the specific target muscle groups that are isolated. 200848116 According to the present invention, there is provided a body-building apparatus comprising an elongate member having a central portion having a cohesive formation for positioning the central portion on the posterior neck and/or the center of the user In the region, the first and second lateral extending portions are disposed so as to be in contact with the raised upper limbs of the user, and the first and second lateral extending portions are elastically moved relative to the central portion, and the first portion And the second lateral extension portion is bendable relative to the central portion. A particular advantage of the present invention, which is different from conventional devices, is that an individual who wants to exercise his or her own myocardial group can stand or sit or, if necessary, walk on the device. Advantageously, therefore, the individual does not have to take a special sporting posture on the ground or relative to the ground, and therefore, the apparatus of the present invention can be conveniently used, thereby making it more convenient and more attractive to the user. As mentioned above, the movements performed by the apparatus of the present invention may include additional forms such as walking. A further advantage of the present invention is that it allows the body to be twisted by twisting around the waist and twisting to provide a torsion of the myocardial group in a manner that reverses the user's torso. In one embodiment, the first and second lateral extensions are each configured to extend over an individual shoulder region of the user. Extending the first and second lateral extensions in this manner encourages the user to raise their arms high enough to lift the rib skeleton and supplement the spin-drying motion. Advantageously, the first and second lateral extensions are configured to include a load-bearing mechanism for increasing the load. The load-bearing mechanism is advantageously located remotely from the distal end of the first and second 200848116 lateral extensions of the central portion. In this way, the total weight of the bodybuilding equipment can be varied as needed, supplemented by the appropriate level of exercise for the user. In particular, the inertia enhancement by the twist of the user's torso around the waist region is increased by increasing the load by using a weight-bearing mechanism for increasing the amount of motion required to start and stop the trunk during the torsional motion. Advantageously, the load carrying mechanism includes a hollow chamber for receiving a load bearing medium such as a fluid. Alternatively, or in addition, the load carrying mechanism can include a plurality of engagement formations, and more than one solid weight can be mounted thereon as desired. According to an embodiment, the first and second lateral extensions comprise individual members joined to the central portion by an elastic coupling mechanism. In this manner, the central portion and the first and second lateral extensions can each include a rigid member. The resilient attachment mechanism can advantageously include a spring member and, in particular, an elongate helical spring member, each having an inner diameter selected to receive the first and second lateral extensions and the central portion therein. As an alternative, the first and second lateral extensions may be integrally formed with the central portion and may be formed of an elastic material. Further, the region in which the central portion extends into the individual first and second laterally extending portions can be advantageously arranged such that the first and second laterally extending portions elastically move relative to the central portion. In one embodiment, the elasticity is transmitted through an appropriate size of a region in which the central portion extends into the first and second lateral extensions. Advantageously, the first and second lateral extensions are each configured to be grasped by a user's 200848116 individual hand. Alternatively or additionally, the first and second lateral extensions are each configured to engage the underside of each of the user's forearms. In this manner, the first and second lateral extensions can include a plurality of support forming portions configured to have a lower side of the individual forearm of the user positioned thereon. A further advantage of the present invention is that the support forming portion for the underside of the individual forearms is configured to extend along a longitudinal axis that is substantially perpendicular to an axis that extends beyond the axis. In one embodiment, the first and second lateral extensions are disposed to extend substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the central portion. It can be seen that the present invention provides an exercise device that is easy to maintain and use, which can easily allow a user to forge a core muscle group in a reverse twisting motion or a lateral or forward bending motion of the trunk that occurs while standing, sitting or walking. . The advantage of this device is that it assists in lifting the rib cage of the user, supplementing the torsional movement that can be achieved around the waist and increasing the limit of the torsional movement. Moreover, by adding the elastic attachment of the first and second laterally extending portions to the central portion, the user can resist the elastic operation when the torso is twisted toward the final limit of the movement, and the use of the core muscle group allows the use of the core muscle group. A large degree of effect. According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a body-building apparatus comprising an elongate member having a central portion having a cohesive forming portion for positioning the central portion at the neck of the user And/or the central upper back region; and the first and second lateral extensions, each configured to engage with an individual upper limb from 200848116, and each of which includes a support forming for supporting the lower side of the user's front arm, respectively unit. Preferably, the apparatus is configured such that when positioned on the user, the support profile is at a lower elevation than the central portion. As a further alternative of the present invention, there is provided a body-building apparatus comprising an elongate member having a central portion having: an engagement forming portion for positioning the central portion behind the neck of the user And/or the central upper back region; and the first and second lateral extensions, each configured to engage with a raised upper limb of the user, and each including a load carrying mechanism for increasing the lateral extension of the device The weight in the area of the ministry. Advantageously, the apparatus is configured to be balanced by the central portion when located on the posterior neck and/or the central upper back region of the user and when not engaged with the upper limb. Of course, it is to be understood that the device is also intended to be used for personal rest and twisting its torso around its waist, bending laterally or bending forward. Thus, it has been found that the present invention has been shown to have particular advantages in that more than one muscle in the core muscle group can be easily exercised by relatively simple or separate use, without any form of adjustment or reconfiguration of the device. The device also permits torsion and rotation of the device about the central axis defined by the central axis of the body core when standing or sitting and can be used to strengthen/harden the user's waistline. Further, a side bend can be performed to exercise the tibial muscle 'and when standing or sitting' regardless of whether the device performs any lateral bending or body twisting or for exercising the abdominal muscles, the abdominal movement can be performed by bending of the device. However, 'as mentioned above', the device can be easily applied to the user regardless of whether or not the exercise is carried out on a fitness treadmill 200848116 such as a walking step, and in these examples, the above three sports combinations and thus the core muscle group exercise combination Can be achieved by a simple device. The invention will be described by way of example only with reference to the accompanying drawings. [Embodiment] It is to be understood that the present invention provides an exercise device for exercising a core group of body muscles, such as: abdominal rectus muscles, internal and external twill, and all abdominal muscles of the intercostal and intercostal muscles; , such as the muscles of the erector spine; r and the hip flexors such as the skeletal muscle and the lumbar muscle. As used herein with reference to the core muscle group, it is to be understood that it refers to any one or more such core muscle groups. Moreover, the user's rear back area also refers to the user's central upper back area. The present invention is particularly advantageous in that a single central device can effectively include: an abdominal exercise device, a spinal torsion device, and all of the cores used to focus on and exercise the human body and all muscle groups associated therewith. Even the gluteal muscles were defined as controlling the stabilizing force of the torsional movement during walking of the device. ί w First, turning to Fig. 1, a plan view of an embodiment of an exercise device in accordance with the present invention is provided. However, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, as it may be made of a variety of suitable materials, and may be comprised of a variety of load-bearing mechanisms, whether or not it is used for selective mounting of solid weights, but generally has a long shape An extension is provided that extends at any suitable angle relative to the central portion. Thus, turning to Fig. 1, the exercise device 10 includes a central portion 12 and individual first and second laterally extending portions 14 and 16. -10- 200848116 The central portion 1 2 is provided with a forming portion 1 8 by means of which the device 1 can be comfortably positioned and mounted on the neck of the user. The forming portion 18 can be made of any suitable material that is solid or deformable, and can be resized if necessary. The laterally extending portions 14, 16 are each configured to extend over the individual shoulders of the user when the forming portion 18 is mounted behind the neck, and the lateral portions 14, 16 each terminate in a forwardly extending handle support portion 20, twenty two. In the illustrated embodiment, the handle support portions 20, 22 each extend substantially at right angles to the longitudinal axes of the first and second laterally extending portions 14 and 16. The forwardly extending handle supports 20, 2 2 each comprise an individual shaped portion 26' which provides a comfortable support for the user's lower arm. Therefore, it can be seen that, when in use, the user's arm extends upwardly through the distal portion of the lateral portions 14, 16 by the forming portion 18 of the central portion 12 of the neck region of the user, reaching and generally aligning the handle support portion 2 It individually supports the shaped portions 24, 26. Further, as the forming portion 18, the front arm supporting forming portions 24, 26 for providing the user, whether or not formed integrally with the handle supporting portions 2, 22, are formed of any suitable material. In the illustrated embodiment, the central portion 12 of the exercise device 1 can be separated from the individual table 1 and the 2 lateral extensions 14 and 16 except that the extension is elastically supported by the coil spring 28 30 is mounted in the middle 1 2 'the coil springs 28, 30 extend along the longitudinal axis of the central portion 12. As can be seen from the following description of the use of the device of the i-th figure, the screw body is provided, and the extension is extended relative to 24, and the extension of the branch is 22, and the one of the 22 is formed into a two-way horizontal portion spring 200848116 spring 28, 30 allowable handle The support portions 20, 22 are rotationally moved relative to the central portion 12 in the direction indicated by the arrow A. The hand supports 20, 22 each end in a spherical shaped portion 32, 34 to provide a user handle. In addition, the load-bearing mechanisms 36, 38 are respectively disposed on the hand support portions 20, 22, and include the engagement forming portions, and the solid weights can be separately or in combination mounted thereon, and the load of each distal end of the device 1 is changed. The heavier the weight added to the load-bearing mechanism 3 6 , 3 8 , the greater the amount of exercise that the core muscle group must perform in twisting the user's torso, stopping the twist, and reversing the torso. The spring force provided by the coil springs 28, 30 also allows for rotational movement in the direction of arrow A when the exercise device 1 is replaced by an alternative to the user's use of the exercise device 10 to the maximum of its spinal torsion. And by resisting the elastic force provided by the coil springs 28, 30, the individual can improve the exercise performed by the core muscles. Turning now to Figure 2, a front view of Figure 1 is provided, and the same & features are indicated by the same reference numerals. However, as can be seen from Fig. 2, the first and second laterally extending portions 14, 16 are each provided with a narrow crank 1 4 ', 1 6 ', which assists in comfortably placing the user's arm, In particular, the forearms are positioned above the device and are positioned on the support forming portions 24, 26 provided by the hand supports 20, 22. It is to be understood that the settling of the height of the apparatus occurring in the area of the first and second lateral extensions is advantageously used to provide comfort when installed on the user' whereby the apparatus can be used to accommodate the necessary longer training periods. Further, it will be appreciated that with the longitudinal configuration of the illustrated embodiment, a folding mechanism can be readily included to permit efficient loading and transport of the exercise device 10' thereby making it easy to carry. As described above, once the exercise device 1 is mounted on the neck and shoulder of the user, and the forearm is hung up above the first and second lateral extensions 14 and 16 and on the support forming portions 24, 26 The core muscle group can then be exercised instantly through the twist of the user's torso at rest, or preferably in a walking up manner. f The fitness equipment 1 provides a special advantage in that the user's rib skeleton is lifted to assist the immediate twisting of the torso, and is provided by the elasticity provided between the first and second lateral extensions 14 and 16 and the central portion 12 Exercise to improve the nature of the exercise performed by the core muscles. The apparatus as shown in Figures 1 and 2 is further advantageously configured such that when the central forming portion 18 is located on the user, the device 10 can remain balanced to the user without the user having to reach the upper limb. , 俾 beneficially frees the user's upper limbs for any additional needs or any other fitness exercise that may occur. Therefore, if the device is used for walking, the user can easily disengage the upper limb, and if necessary, the arm 1 can be freely swung while the device 1 is held in position. Of course, and as such, the invention is not limited to the details illustrated. In particular, the exercise device i 0 may be constructed of any suitable material, whether or not it is an integrally molded member, and the load-bearing mechanism may be provided in any suitable form regardless of whether or not the fluid is contained in the hollow chamber.
