Abstract

The present invention relates to a health keeping food hydrolyzed solution obtained by hydrolyzing the health keeping food with hydrolyzing enzyme and the preparing method thereof. The health keeping food hydrolyzed solution is prepared and obtained by the following method, comprising providing a fruit of health keeping food, adding the fruit into water of weight ratio 1:1 to 1:3 with temperature of 25 DEG C to 70 DEG C, soaking for 15 to 75 minutes, grinding the fruit into pieces, adjusting the pH value thereof to 3.0 to 6.0 after grinding, then, adding 0.1% to 0.5% (w/v) of hydrolyzing enzyme to perform hydrolysis reaction at 20 DEG C to 70 DEG C for 30 to 90 minutes, finally, proceeding filtering and centrifuging. The supernatant obtained is the health keeping food hydrolyzed solution.
