Abstract

Disclosed is a connector which is used in electrical/electronic appliances and has mechanism of physical connection between a female connector holder including a plurality of symmetrical female terminals and a male connector holder including a plurality of symmetrical male terminals, and more particularly, to a connector which not only maintains stable connection based on an insert-type structure that an insertion part of a male terminal formed in a male connector holder is inserted in an accommodating part of a female terminal formed in a female connector holder, but also has a simple, small, lightweight and thin structure because holders supporting and holding the female and male terminals are formed as a single body on an upper end of one side. Further, the present invention relates to a connector in which a holder fixing groove is formed in a female connector holder and a holder fixing part is formed in a corner of a male connector holder, so that a binding force of the connector increases doubly in association with a binding force between female and male terminals, thereby preventing the connector from a short-circuit even though an external shock is given to the connector.
