Abstract
Even using the oblique shape to obtain the contour line of the evaluated value characteristic, it is capable of appropriately adjusting the spherical image scattering value and the focusing deviation to form the center position with the required margin. At each moving point, the evaluated signal value on the specified plural points inside the assumed range with the required margin is obtained for the predetermined center point of the assumed range with the required margin when it is moved in the specific searched range. The worst value of the evaluated signal values on each moving point is used as the representing value. According to the obtained representing value for each moving point, the spherical image scattering correction value and the focusing deviation value of the center point when the evaluated signal value becomes the specifically good and arbitrary one representing value are adjusted to form the spherical image scattering correcting value and the focusing deviation value set by the spherical image scattering correcting means and the focusing deviation means. Thus, it is capable of adjusting the spherical image scattering correcting value and the focusing deviation value to form the center position with the required margin.
