Abstract

The present invention relates to an electrode structure of ceramic electric-heating unit and a method for fabricating the same and, more particularly, to an electrode structure formed on the resistor which uses positive temperature coefficient ceramic resistor as the source of heating and its fabricating method. In correspondence with an electric conjunction of ceramic resistor, an isolated heating junction board having thermal deformation approximate to the ceramic resistor is connected therewith. The junction board has a dielectric layer having an end extended to the conductive terminal for the conduction of electricity. The electricity is carried through the resistor by the dielectric layer so as to perform an electric-heating process. By using the approximately equal heat deformation value of the isolated junction board as the ceramic and its isolated property, the dielectric layer and the conductive coating layer may contact correspondingly during the heat deformation process, thereby providing a high electric conduction and a surely isolated property.
