Abstract
The present invention relates to a structure of reverse-flow-preventing drainage head, the drainage head at least includes a water filtering cover, a retaining seat, a base seat and a floating ball, in which the top end of the water filtering cover is provided with a handling member and the inner side of the bottom end is provided with plural protruding sheets, the retain seat is provided with engage sections that can engage with the protruding sheets of the water filtering cover, the peripheral of the retaining seat is provided with a thread section that can be screw-fitted with the base seat, the bottom end of the base seat is provided with a draining hole and a floating ball is also provided inside the base seat. The floating ball has a hollow section, the peripheral wall of the floating ball is provided with a plurality of long slot holes for draining water. When draining waste water, the waste water can be drained by flowing from the long slot holes to the draining hole of the base seat. When the waste water flows reversely, the through holes of the retaining seat can be sealed by the buoyancy of the floating ball, so the reversing flow of waste water can be prevented. Because the retaining seat and the base seat are screw-fitted with the threads, when the draining pipe is plugged by foreign articles, the retaining seat can be opened and maintained to avoid foreign articles causing improper draining, so maintaining and repairing the drainage head can be easily achieved.
