Abstract

To provide a phosphatized galvanized steel sheet superior in corrosion resistance and blackening resistance. This phosphatized galvanized steel sheet has a plated layer structure comprising: a galvanizing layer on the surface of a steel sheet; a phosphatized layer formed on the galvanized layer; and further a Ni-deposition part of 0.1 to 500 mg/m<SP>2</SP>existing in between the phosphatized layer and the galvanized layer. Thereby, the galvanized steel sheet acquires superior corrosion resistance and blackening resistance. It is preferable that the phosphatized layer includes 0.1 mass% or more but less than 2.0 mass% Mg.
