Abstract

An automobile inspection and maintenance system is disclosed. The system will automatically bring out the attention of the newest status of the authorized maintenance content of the client so as to immediately deal with the new problem. Meanwhile, the service engineer can use the system to bring out the situation of the vehicle and the related case of compact models to provide the service engineer during overhauling the real vehicle to be acted on accordingly and to examine the problem of the vehicle with direction. The overhaul of the vehicle determined by the service engineer according to the level of the case ratio and experience can be quick and confirm the labor hours and the component needed. The needed labor hours and component can be input by clicking on the electronic device, and the system displays the maintenance of the component done by a technician with certain ranking. The service engineer can base on the recommended ranking to assign the task. After the authorized maintenance items are confirmed by the client, the component is then going into a predetermined operation for early on-time supply, and the assigning task can be carried out for accurate maintenance and shortening time by the maintenance technician. Using said method can quickly complete the confirmation of the authorized maintenance items and avoid the complication with the client, and at the same time the authorized maintenance list in circulation in the form of information flow is in favor of proceeding computer scheduling.
