Abstract

A hydrophobic structure on a substrate surface and manufacturing method thereof, which mainly comprises coating an organic-inorganic blend material onto the substrate surface to form a nano-coarse layer onto the substrate surface after high-temperature sintering, followed by coating with a low surface-tension material to form a hydrophobic coating layer onto the surface of the nanometer coarse layer. The hydrophobic structure containing the nano-coarse layer and the hydrophobic coating layer has excellent hydrophobicity, high hardness, high transparency, wear resistance, etc.
