Abstract

The connecting branch pipe is provided with a snap member (6) with two snap hooks (4, 5) adapted to snap onto the peripheral rim of opening (3) of main drainpipe (2), a saddle member (7) to be laid onto the snap member (6) and mounted onto the main drainpipe (2), and a connecting member (9) to be inserted into the saddle member (9) and being formed with a connection port (8) for the connection of mounting pipe. One of the snap hooks (4) is rotatably pivoted to the snap member (6) through a pivot pin (11), the snap hook (4) may pass through the opening (3) of main drainpipe (2) by rotating the pivoted snap hook (4), moreover, the rotation of the snap hook (4) may be stopped by screw-fixing the connecting pipe (9) onto the snap member (6) so that the snap hook (4) can not pass through the opening (3) of main drainpipe (2).
