Abstract

A shock absorber excelling in impact resistance and capable of suppressing defects, such as crack and bubble bite, and utilizing the same, a shock absorption laminate structure and shock absorption laminate structure for liquid crystal display, or plasma display, or organic EL display, are provided. There is provided a shock absorber of 0.4 mm whole thickness comprising double-layer structure shock absorption layers (1) composed of high-elastic-modulus layer (12) of a highly elastic film of 0.2 mm thickness and 12.7 Mpa M300 (300% modulus) and low-elastic-modulus layer (11) of a lowly elastic film of 0.2 mm thickness and 1.6 Mpa M300. Further, there is provided shock absorption laminate structure (B) comprising base layer (2) of fusion molded aluminosilicate thin-sheet glass, the shock absorption layer (1) of the shock absorber superimposed on an impact side surface of the base layer (2) and impact surface layer (3) of an acrylic resin superimposed on an impact side surface of the shock absorption layer (1).
