Abstract

The present invention provides a looped fluorescent lamp comprising a looped bulb2, outer leads 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b and a metallic cap 3.wherein two ends 2a, 2b of the looped bulb 2 stand against each other in loop including one pair of filament electroles 9, 10 that are sealed up in the two ends respectively, a fluorescent coating is formed inside and a discharge medium, which is endosed inside. The outer leads 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b are connected to one pair of filament electroles, extending outward from the two ends 2a, 2b, respectively. The metallic cap 3 comprises a hollow cylinder metallic cap body 5, metallic cap pins 5c, 5c,... and regulating parts 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b.where is the hollow cylinder metallic cap body 5 is mounted between the two ends turning around the outside of the bulb 2 freely. The metallic cap pins 5c, 5c... are arranged on the outside of the metallic cap body 5 to connect to the auter leads. The regulating parts 14a, 14b, 15a, 15b are arranged to lead the outer leads to the opposite side at diameter direction of the metallic cap inside the metalliccap body so as to control rotating angle of the metallic cap body. According to the said compositions regarding a regulating means for rotating angle of the metallic cap, the present invention provides a looped fluorescent lamp and a lighting fixture to enable regulation of the rotating angle of the metallic cap in a defined range without construction of a raised portion as a regulating component in the bulb side.
