Abstract

A device for detecting the energy of LED light sources and its feedback device are disclosed. In an LED assembly, the red LED group, the green LED group, and the blue LED group are individually series-connected to LED detectors whose output signal is transmitted to an optical detector to detect the energy of light sources. The energy of lights is detected and the signal is transformed into a current whose current value is adequate to the detected energy. A current transformer can transform the current into a voltage. A signal transformer can transform the analog voltage signal into a digital signal. A processor can compare and calculate the difference of the energy of the light sources to modulate the output voltage by using a driver to adjust the current and send a feedback signal to the LED assembly. When the LED assembly of a light source device is emitting lights, the detection and the feedback of the energy of the lights can be completely monitored, so the white balance of the light source of the LED assembly can be maintained.
