200526467 ⑴ IX. Description of the invention [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to an inflatable safety device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a safety device for use in water, which can be inflated if needed, and is advantageously embedded in clothing used by the swimmer or in a clothing accessory, such as a device placed around the waist. Leather belt. The garment is generally constituted by a bathing suit, especially a shirt or bathing trunks; therefore, the opportunity to embed the inflatable safety device in other types of garments, such as wetsuits and / or clothing accessories, is not excluded. [Prior art] It has been known that when swimming in water, swimmers are afraid to find themselves in various difficulties due to unexpected events. These types of conditions can occur due to physical fatigue that can cause muscle spasms, illness, or panic. In these cases, the swimmer is unable to swim and reach the shore by himself / herself, and there is no danger of drowning in a quick rescue. On the other hand, it is practically impossible for swimmers, especially experienced swimmers, to always wear a life buoy, belt or jacket inflated with air or made of light or sponge-like material such as cork. These clothing accessories are actually an obstacle for the swimmer, because they force the swimmer to swim in an unnatural position, causing part of the body to float. In addition to being uncomfortable, the use of these devices caused the swimmer to feel distressed. On the one hand, it is normal for experienced swimmers to use the safety jacket, especially in conditions such as competitions. This will not happen when they are bathing only -4- 200526467 (2); but in these cases may For this purpose, the most serious danger occurs. Various inflatable devices worn by the user and fastened to the body to other parts of the body are known; these devices are described in US Patent Nos. 2.970.326, 3.144. 667, 3.414.920 and described in the German and European patents DE 1 9 8.5 0.1 DE 2.202.902 and EP 0.325.994. These solutions refer to simple inflatable life buoys, which do not ensure a proper stable floating effect, and they also include the complicated operation of the inflatable mechanism. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the present invention is to remedy the above disadvantages. More specifically, the object of the present invention is to prepare an inflatable arrangement that can usually be worn by swimmers in the department without bathing him / her, changing his / her body posture unnaturally when bathing, or hate. A further object of the present invention is to prepare an inflatable device as described above, which the user can operate only when needed and is not available on the outside. A further object of the present invention is to prepare an inflatable safety device that can ensure a high resistance and reliability level in a timely manner, and it is easily manufactured at low cost. These and other objects are achieved by the inflatable safety device of the present invention, which can be used in water and operated manually or automatically, including to a compressed gas cylinder provided with an operating lever, which is connected with at least one inflatable element. risk. Department or such as the 87 in the series, the system is used in the system. The full installation obstructs the safety law, and it is lighter than the one knot -5- 200526467 (3), the original inflatable element was folded up as an uncovered and embedded in a ribbon-shaped shell To tie the user's waist; the inflatable element is connected to the ribbon-shaped shell through an expandable mechanism to inflate, the extension of the expandable mechanism allows the same inflatable type to be placed at the height of the user element. [Embodiment] Referring to Figs. 1 to 7, the inflatable safety device of the present invention includes a tubular chamber 12 having a generally circular cross section at 10 ', and is made of an uncovered ring of open plastic material. Therefore, the ring extends into a plurality of complete conduits, preferably into two opposite complete guides 14, 14, and 16, 16 '. The ducts 14,14, and 16,16 'are vertically guided in this direction to expand relative to the tubular chamber 12 and they are seamlessly connected with an uncovered circular lifebuoy-shaped inflatable element 18, which is provided with a It is slightly higher in profile than the chamber 12 and communicates with the chamber 12 through the conduits 1 and 16, 16 '. Contains a pressurized flow made of an inert gas such as the atmosphere or CO 2 with a threaded socket 3 4 at one end, at least one conventional or container 20 is connected to the chamber 12 and / or the inflatable element 18 . The container 20 includes a set 32 having a threaded socket 34 applied to the container 20. The container 20 and associated valve block 32 are briefly described below to better understand the operation of the apparatus of the present invention. The container 20 is provided with a threaded socket 3 4 at the end point, and then a movable plug | valve set 3 2 is screwed into the end point, and slides into a chamber 4 0 by the dimple. Sad, one less, when the axillary markers can be unfolded or tube paired and connected to the element 4,14 'body, bottle, the know valve description, in a | 36 coil spring-6-200526467 (4) 3 8 elastically Tension, the chamber 40 is obtained by entering the same valve group 32 orthogonally to the exposed surface of the socket 34 of the container 20. The socket 34 is covered by a film 42 made of plastic or other suitable material and forming the lid of the container 20. The film 42 is appropriately designed and kept stable so that only a proper action is performed by the user, and an obstacle is created at the outlet of the pressurized fluid released from the same container 20. For this purpose, the common valve group 32 comprises a point-point or needle valve 44 whose body is guided towards the bearing of the container 20 by tensioning of a coil spring 46 and axial operation by a lever 48 Port 42, the lever is connected to and placed on the same valve group 32. As shown in detail in FIG. 7, one end point labeled with 50 lever 4 8 is aligned with the longitudinal axis of the bolt 44, while the other end point labeled is not fixed and connected to a rod 5 4. Then grasp the round handles 5 6 and so on to tie to the rod. If needed, the handle is protruded from the valve group 32 position indefinitely for holding and pulling by the user. It easily understands that the pulling force of the round handle 56 connected to the lever 48 causes the lever to rotate, so that the pin 44 pierces the membrane 42 of the device 20 and releases the pressurized fluid contained therein. For this purpose and according to the invention, the valve block 32 is tightly connected to the tubular chamber 1 2, for example by means of a heat-sealing and / or adhesive collar 58. This restriction is obtained corresponding to one of the tangs 3 2 ′ of the valve group, and the tangs partially engage into a hole formed in the same chamber 12. Therefore, after the bolt 44 has pierced the membrane 4 2 of the same container 20, the fluid inside the housing 20 fills the tubular chamber 12, the conduits 14-14 ', 16-16, and the Inflatable element 1 8. Obstacles made after the ruler is made with 52 rounds to describe the eyes, 32 pipe through pressure type 200526467 (5) According to the non-limiting specific embodiment used in this description, the container 2〇 # corresponds to the room 1 2 in question An end point is located, as shown particularly in Figures 2 and 4. As one of the annular inflatable elements 18, the tubular chamber! The opposite free ends of 2 are tightly closed, for example by heat-sealing and / or material. On the front side of the user's body along the abdominal area, the opposite ends of the stomach # chamber 12 face in the opposite direction, wherein the housing 20 g is located corresponding to one of the tubular chambers 12. According to a preferred and non-limiting embodiment, as shown in the figures, the inflatable safety device 10 is advantageously embedded in a ribbon-shaped housing 26, and the stomach is shown in Figs. 1, 4 and 5. In its development, a shell made of any suitable material and preferably a natural or synthetic fiber defines an elongated strip, and M is folded over itself along its larger side. The overlapping portions 26'-26 of the edges or end points of the casing 26 are at least partially overlapped, and are fastened to each other at one or more points through the temporary access stabilization mechanism. The temporary stabilization mechanism designated 28 in Figure 5 is preferably made of one or more "Velcro" type or removable adhesive strips. The ribbon-shaped casing 26 is provided with a connecting portion, and the alignment mechanism of the two opposite free ends is formed by, for example, a small connection frame or an elastic clip in a belt buckle 30. The casing The body generally forms a belt that the user can wear around the waist, and the belt buckle is made of plastic or another suitable material. The material that causes the forged belt-shaped housing 26 is preferably at least partially an elastic or stretchable material so that the same housing embedded in the safety device 10 and the associated pressurized fluid container 20 surrounds the user's waist Positioning and this stability are easier. A pulling mechanism or a round handle 56 is protruded by -8-200526467 (6) The ribbon-shaped housing 26 protrudes. If necessary, two matching round handles are provided, which form the gripping mechanism in front of the two containers 20, The user is allowed to pull the connecting rod 54 to pierce and open the film 42 of the container 20, and release the pressurized fluid contained therein. As can be particularly noticed by Figures 4 and 5, at least the inflatable element 18 of the safety device is preferably compressed onto itself by the folded portion of the bellows repeatedly, and therefore Knowing that both the element 18, the tubular chamber 12, and the associated connection conduit 14-14 'and / or 16-16' can be easily compressed into the same housing. The latter obviously fits along the edge of a bathing suit or another similar garment and is placed generally around the waist of the user. According to a preferred and non-limiting specific embodiment, each conduit 4, and / or 16, 16 'is connected and allows the inflatable tubular chamber 12 to communicate with the inflatable element 18, and combined with a suitable width The ribbon 60 is used to stabilize the same catheter along the user's body when inflated. One of them is not shown in Fig. 2. The forged band 60 is advantageously made of an elastic plastic material and is fastened to the ducts 14, 14, and 16, 16, by heat sealing. For the manufacture of the forged strip 60, it is preferred to use the same material of the catheter, or any other natural or synthetic material. The ribbon 60 is placed in a way to prevent contact with the user's body along the front and back areas of the back and the back, and is fastened to the opposite free end by heat sealing or adhesive, respectively Fastened to the inflatable tubular chamber 12 and the inflatable element 18. From the previous description, it is easy to understand the way to operate the safety device of the present invention; once it has been operated, it surrounds the swimmer wearing the sling -9- 200526467 (7) A complete rescue sling is established by the swimmer's half body. In an emergency state, the user pulls out the round handle 56 and the rod 54 'connected to the handle and operates the lever 48 and the point-point or needle-shaped valve body 44 to pierce the film 4 of the container 20. 2. After this puncture, the fluid flows out of the container 20 and immediately distributes into the tubular chamber 12, and passes through the conduits 14-14 'and 16-16' to reach the inflatable element 18. When the chamber 12 begins to expand due to the inflation effect, the housing 26 opens and overcomes the resistance of the "Velcro" type or adhesive slender strip, and allows deployment and inflation by the catheter and the inflatable element 1 8 The remainder of the device made. Figures 1 to 3 show the safety device worn by the user, ie when the device is not inflated (Figure 1) and in operation (Figures 2 and 3); Figures 2 and 3 show the inflatable device The entire location and structure. The user is provided with a first reduced-profile life buoy corresponding to the tubular chamber 1 2 which binds his / her waist; and a second wider life buoy corresponding to the height of the armpit and which binds him / Inflatable element 18 of her body. These elements form a complete rescue harness. 8 to 11 refer to another alternative and simplified embodiment of the inflatable safety device of the present invention. And at least one inflatable element 15 connected to the housing, and provided with one or more conventional bottles 17 containing pressurized gas, approximately C02. The forged belt-shaped housing 13 is tied to the waist of the user, and for this purpose, the opposite ends of the connecting mechanism are provided. The connecting mechanism is preferably made of at least one belt buckle made of plastic or other suitable material. The buckle is formed by two -10- 200526467 (8) traditional components 19, 21, which are suitable for They are elastically connected by a groove and a reed joint. The components 19, 21 are advantageously fastened by placing one or more ribbons at the ends of the housing 13 to allow precise adjustments to the user's waist. Instead of the aforementioned belt buckle ', other fastening and adjusting mechanisms can be matched to the ribbon-shaped shell 1 3, such as two opposite elongated strips of suitable material, one of which is provided with a belt buckle with a reed, and the other A plurality of spaced holes are provided to form a belt. In Fig. 9, labeled 19 ', 21', a similar belt buckle or equivalent adjustable mechanism is advantageously fastened to the opposite ends of the inflatable element 15 so that it adopts the shape of the lifebuoy. The forged belt forming sub-elements 13 are advantageously arranged so as to surround the inflatable element 15 and the relevant bottle 17 of pressurized gas, and for this purpose, it is provided with a removable in the vertical or height direction The closing screw tightens the closing mechanism; the closing mechanism is preferably made of one or more Velcro strips 23 which are fastened with adhesive or along parts of their edges or at another suitable location In the suture. The Velcro strip 23 allows the ribbon-shaped element 13 to be folded and closed. In this manner, the inflatable element 15 is embedded so as to form a belly belt 'and the user can easily wear and surround him / Her waist is adjusted properly. The same Velcro strip 23 forms an easily removable closing effect. When the device 10 ′ is in operation, the element 15 is automatically separated by the inflation of the bottle 17 and the ribbon-shaped element 13 is joined to the elongated The edges of the strip 23 are thus allowed to expose the same element 15 as described below -11-200526467 (9) The operation of the compressed gas bottle 17 is obtained by a conventional device, such as by a rod 25, and when operated by the user, the valve of the same bottle is opened, and thus the gas is released and expanded into the inflatable element 15. The rod is obviously positioned outside the folded ribbon-shaped casing 13 'as shown in Fig. 3, and in a state of emergency the user can grasp it and pull it. The bottle 17 is directly fastened to the inflatable element 15 and inserted into a valve support 17 ', and they communicate with the socket of the same inflatable element.
