Abstract

The topic of the present invention is to prevent expansion of layout of a belt type continuously variable transmission device in the cross direction of a vehicle. To solve the problem, the shaft (64) of the gear device (60) for displacing the movable part (452) of the driving pulley (45) of the belt type continuously variable transmission device along the crank shaft (41) is extended to form a sensor output shaft (64). A worm (641) is formed at the front end of the sensor output shaft (64). A rotation sensor (112) is coupled on the shaft (111) of the worm gear (110) engaged with the worm (641) to make the shaft (111) of the rotation sensor (112) perpendicular to the sensor output shaft (64). The gear device (60), the worm (641) and the worm gear (110) are covered by the actuator housing (58) separately structured from the housing (401) of the crank box (40).
