The present invention related to a pharmaceutical composition containing a pyrropyridazine compound of the formula (I), [wherein, R1: alkenyl group, haloalkenyl group, alknyl group, cycloalkyl group, cycloalkyl group which may be subsituted; R2: H, alkyl group; R3: H, alkyl group or hydroxyalkyl group; R4: H, alkyl group; R5: a phenyl group which may be substituted; A: alkylene group; X: O, S atoms], and a pharmaceutical acceptable alkaline material. The present pharmaceutical composition has potent inhibition againt gastric acid secretion and gastric mucosa protection, has excellent antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori, and also exhibt excellent solubility, good oral absorption, good stability for storage and manipulation, low toxicity, and can be used as a pharmaceutical preparation for mammal.
