Abstract

There is provided a coordinate mapping method for mapping the coordinate of a panorama image and the photographed range of at least one camera. The photograph range covers a local range of the panorama image. The method includes: obtaining a starting point coordinate and an ending point coordinate of the photograph range; finding a first coordinate and a second coordinate mapping to the starting point coordinate and the ending point coordinate in the local range; and determining a coordinate mapping table for the local range and the photograph range based on the mapping relation between the first coordinate and starting point coordinate and the second coordinate and ending point coordinate.
