200420987 V. Description of the invention (1) Field of the invention The present invention relates to a welding process for a flat panel display and a lamp source thereof, and more particularly to a welding process for a liquid crystal display device and a lamp source of a liquid crystal display. The prior art liquid crystal display has the advantages of high day quality, small size, light weight, low voltage driving, low power consumption and wide application range. Therefore, it has been widely used in small and medium-sized portable TVs, mobile phones, cameras, etc. Consumer electronics or computer products such as video recorders, notebook computers, desktop monitors, and projection televisions have gradually replaced cathode ray tubes (CRT) and become mainstream displays. In a liquid crystal display device, a lamp source of the liquid crystal display is necessary. However, the electric power system of the lamp source of the conventional liquid crystal display products is separate from the functional system of the liquid crystal display panel. As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal display panel 10, a light source 110, a power line 14, and a flexible circuit board 12. The liquid crystal display panel 10 has a display area 11 and a non-display area 13. The liquid crystal display panel 10 is connected to a functional system 16 through a flexible circuit board 12 for driving and controlling the display of the liquid crystal display panel 10. The light source 101 is arranged in the non-display area 1 3 of the liquid crystal display panel 10. And the light source 1 0 1 is connected to a power system 18 through a power line 14 to supply power to the light source 1 0 1. Therefore, the design of the conventional liquid crystal display device must be illuminated and function activated by a complicated circuit system. And complicated electricity

Description of the Invention (2) The road system will not only cause troubles in inspection, but also the exposed power cords are prone to problems such as broken wires, incorrect colors, or wires falling off during quality control inspection. In addition, the traditional soldering process is to mechanically solder the component to be soldered to the printed circuit board (PCB). Since the printed circuit board is a hard board object, pressure welding can be directly used to improve the accuracy of the welding pressure point and the uniformity of the welding. The welding method of the above-mentioned liquid crystal display lamp source and external circuit is to use the traditional printed circuit board welding process, which is described in detail below. Figures 2A and 2B show the top and side views of a conventional welding process for a lamp source of a liquid crystal display. Please refer to FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B. First, a printed circuit board 100 is provided, and then the light source element light source 102 is printed on the printed circuit board 100. Next, the power cord 14 is arranged at one end of the printed circuit board 100, and then the solder 104 is directly mechanically soldered to the power cord 14 to fix the power cord 14 to the printed circuit board 10. 0, and the power line 14 and the circuit of the printed circuit board 100 are conducted. Although the soldering and pressing process of printed circuit boards is fast and convenient, it is difficult to meet the trend of miniaturization and thinness of optoelectronic products due to the rigid material of the printed circuit board, its large size, relatively high weight, and difficult deformation. It is not applicable to advanced technology products. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display device to improve the power line of a conventional liquid crystal display lamp source and drive the liquid crystal display.
