另外,上述各伺服器(2,5,6,15,16), 上述各系統(3 ,4,7,8,1 1 ,1 2 )及各資料庫 (1 3 ’ 1 4 )之實體皆爲應用程式(軟體),係收容於 具有各程式之有效環境之一部或多部(含分佈式及負擔分 佈式)之電腦系統中。該等電腦系統含有CPU及RAM ,而其他之操作系統,通信介面,C T R等之顯示裝置, 鍵盤與滑鼠等之輸入裝置,印表機等之輸出裝置等隨著各 伺服器,各系統及各資料庫之功能而附加。 各伺服器間,各系統間及各伺服器,系統間之連接可 以利用專用線路,L A N或W A N等之電腦網路,或可以 進行無線等之資訊之收發之任意方法連接,至於資訊之收 發可以利用現在公知之密碼化技術(例如S S L等)。此 外,只要是本業者即可理解而不用說明,惟本結賬仲介系 統1內之適當部位可以任意附加火墙等之現今公知之安全 對策裝置。 另外,例如在網伺服器內配置銷售人資訊資料庫1 3 ,交易資訊資料庫1 4及商用系統伺服器1 5,亦即可以 -18- (15) (15)200405189 將商用系統3之功能與網伺服器2之功能彙合而配置於一 個伺服器內等,在本結賬仲介系統1中’各伺服器及各資 料庫要如何配置是可以任意設計變更者。 其次要說明本結賬仲介系統1所具有之功能實現方法 〇 本結賬仲介系統1具有用於下列A至P之功能之裝置 (參照第2圖及第3圖)。 此外,本結賬仲介系統1雖然具備「郵件確認方式」 與「鍵接鈕方式」(Link button method)做爲確認購買 人之購買意思之方法,惟首先要對前者之「郵件確認方式 」時之功能實現方法加以說明。 A ·透過網際網路1 〇接收由銷售人1丨送來之「訂 貨資訊」’並將該「訂貨資訊」與每一訂貨案件連貫而依 次儲存於交易資訊資料庫1 4以做爲「交易資訊記錄」之 功能。 此時’ 「訂貨資訊」宜包含例如,電子郵件位址等之 可識別購買人系統1 2之資訊(以下簡稱「購買人系統識 別資$」)’ 「商品名稱」含有運費等商品貨款以外之各 種費用之「結賬總額」,訂貨號碼等可識別各交易案件之 資訊(以下簡稱「交易識別資訊」)等。 力外,結賬總額中,除了商品貨款之外,可能包括捆 綁費,結賬佣金,運費,冷藏費,消費稅等。 B ·如由銷售系統丨i接到「訂貨資訊」時,即由該 口了 處理中心系統8之功能。 F ·如由徵信處理中心系統8收到「徵信處理結果」 時’隨時將該「徵信處理結果」儲存於交易資訊資料庫 1 4 ’並在該交易案件之「交易資訊記錄」中追加更新「 徵信處理結果」之功能。 G .如由徵信處理中心系統8收到「徵信處理結果」 時’即將與該「徵信處理結果」有關之「購買人系統識別 資訊(例如電子郵件位址)」查詢交易資訊資料庫i 4, 並透過網際網路1 0對相符之購買人系統1 」具有包含訂貨資訊之輸入欄之「訂貨資訊輸入頁」,表 不父易資訊及貨物追踪資訊之一覽表之「交易資訊確認頁 」,含有商品之發貨預定時日之輸入欄之.「發貨預定資訊 輸入頁」以及「支付精算資訊確認頁」,而「購買人用頁 」則具有含信甩卡資訊之輸入欄之「徵信處理請求頁」。 另外,「結張現場」之疋義形式並不限定於Η T M L 形式,可延伸加成語言(extensible markup language,XML
