Buluş, otomotiv plastik yüzeylerine bazkat ve sonkat boyaların elektrostatik yöntemle uygulanmasında kullanıma uygun, bünyesinde tek duvarlı karbon nanotüp dispersiyonunu bileşen olarak içeren açık renkte ve iletken özellikte bir yüzey astarı ile ilgilidir.The invention relates to a light-colored and conductive surface primer containing a single-walled carbon nanotube dispersion as a component, suitable for electrostatic application of basecoat and topcoat paints on automotive plastic surfaces.

TARIFNAME OTOMOTIV PLASTIK YÜZEYLERINE UYGULAMAK ÜZERE AÇIK RENK VE ELEKTRIKSEL ILETKENLIK ÖZELLIKLERINE SAHIP BIR YÜZEY ASTARI TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, otomotiv plastik yüzeylerine bazkat ve sonkat boyalarin elektrostatik yöntemle uygulanmasini saglamak üzere açik renk ve elektriksel iletkenlik özelliklerine sahip bir yüzey astari ile ilgilidir. ÖNCEKI TEKNIK Plastikler; oda sicakliginda kati halde bulunan, basinçla, sicaklikla, mekanik ve kimyasal yolla sekillendirilebilen ve kaliplanabilen organik polimerik maddelerdir. Plastiklerin sekillendirilmesi ile çok çesitli sektörlerde kullanilabilmesi saglanmaktadir. Plastiklerin kullanildigi alanlardan birisi de otomotiv sektörüdür. Otomotiv sektöründe kullanilan plastik yüzeyler, TPO (PP/EPDM) esasli tampon yüzeyler, araç içi ve disi elektrostatik bazkat / sonkat uygulama yapilacak her türlü plastik yüzey vb. olabilmektedir. Otomotiv sektöründe kullanilan plastik yüzeyler üzerine boya isleminin uygulanmasi saglanmaktadir. Plastik yüzeyler metaller gibi iletken olmadiklari için bu yüzeyler üzerine boyanin elektrostatik yöntemle uygulanmasi mümkün olmamaktadir. Mevcut teknikte otomotiv sektöründe kullanilan plastik yüzeylere boya isleminin uygulanabilmesi için iletken astarlar kullanilmaktadir. Söz konusu iletken astarlar yapisinda içerdikleri karbon siyahi bileseni ile iletkenlik özelligine sahip olmaktadir. Iletken astarin yeterli düzeyde iletkenlige sahip olmasi için kullanilan karbon siyahi miktarinin agirlikça %6 ila %12 arasinda bir degerde olmasi gerekmektedir. Bu degerde kullanilan karbon siyahi iletken astarin çok koyu renkte olmasina sebep olmaktadir. Mevcut teknikte bilinen bir diger yöntemle üretilen iletken astar bünyesinde grafit olarak bilinen çok duvarli karbon nanotüp içermektedir. Iletken astar bünyesinde kullanilan çok duvarli karbon nanotüp bileseninin istenilen düzeyde iletkenlik saglayabilmesi için agirlikça %5 degerinde kullanilmasi gerekmektedir. Çok duvarli karbon nanotüp bileseninin bu oranda kullanilmasi iletken astarin siyah ve/veya koyu gri renkli olmasina sebep olmaktadir. Sonuç olarak, yukarida bahsedilen tüm sorunlar, ilgili teknik alanda bir yenilik yapmayi zorunlu hale getirmistir. BULUSUN KISA AÇIKLAMASI Mevcut bulus otomotiv plastik yüzeylerine bazkat ve sonkat boyalarin elektrostatik yöntemle uygulanmasini saglamak üzere açik renk ve elektriksel iletkenlik özelliklerine sahip bir yüzey astari ile ilgilidir. Bulusun esas amaci, otomotiv plastik yüzeylerine iletken özelligini astar tabakasinda saglayarak üzerine uygulanacak bazkat ve sonkat boyalarin elektrostatik yöntemle uygulamasini saglayan bir yüzey astari eldesidir. Bulusun diger bir amaci açik renk özelligine sahip bir yüzey astari eldesidir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, elektriksel iletkenlik özellige sahip bir yüzey astari eldesidir. Tüm bahsedilen amaçlari saglamak üzere mevcut bulus, otomotiv plastik yüzeylerine bazkat ve sonkat boyalarin elektrostatik yöntemle uygulanmasinda kullanima uygun, bünyesinde tek duvarli karbon nanotüpleri bilesen olarak içeren açik renk ve elektriksel iletkenlik özelliklerine sahip bir yüzey astaridir. Tercih edilen bir yapilanmada yüzey astari bünyesinde tek duvarli karbon nanotüp bilesenin en fazla agirlikça %1 degerinde olmasidir. Tercihen yüzey astarinin, tek duvarli karbon nanotüp bilesenini agirlikça 0,1 ila %1 araliginda bir degerde içermesidir. Tercihen yüzey astari bünyesinde yer alan tek duvarli karbon nanotüp, en az bir plastiklestirici ve/veya en az bir stabilizatör içerisinde disperse edilmis olmasidir. Bulusun mümkün yapilanmasi, yüzey astari bünyesinde agirlikça %20 ila %30 araliginda bir degerde akrilik reçine bileseni içermesidir. Bulusun mümkün yapilanmasi, yüzey astari bünyesinde agirlikça %0,2 ila %1,5 araliginda bir degerde islatici bileseni içermesidir. Bulusun mümkün yapilanmasi, yüzey astari bünyesinde agirlikça %14 ila %20 araliginda bir degerde beyaz pigment bileseni içermesidir. Bulusun mümkün yapilanmasi, yüzey astari söz konusu beyaz pigment bileseninin rutile tip formda olmasidir. Bulusun mümkün yapilanmasi, yüzey astari bünyesinde agirlikça %0,2 ila %1 araliginda bir degerde reoloji katkisi bileseni içermesidir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari, bünyesinde akrilik reçine bileseni içermektedir. Akrilik reçine bileseni, yüzey astarinin boyaya baglayicilik özelliklerini saglamak üzere yer almaktadir. Yüzey astari bünyesinde yer alan akrilik reçinesi tercihen CPO kimyasal bilesigi ile modifiye edilmis formdadir. Burada CPO ifadesi, klorlanmis poliolefin bilesiginin kisaltilmis halidir. Akrilik reçinesi tercihen CPO kimyasal bilesigi ile modifiye edilerek bulusa konu astarin düsük enerjili yüzeylere yapismasina olanak saglamaktadir. Yüzey astari bünyesinde yer alan akrilik reçinesi tercihen CPO kimyasal bilesigi ile modifiye edilmis formdadir bunun yani sira hidroksi fonksiyonlu formdadir. Bulusta bahsedilen konfigürasyonlara sahip yüzey astari serbest hidroksi gruplari içerdigi için alifatik izosiyanat sertlestirici ile uygulama öncesi birlestirilerek kullanilmaktadir. Sertlestirici ile reaksiyon sonrasinda poliüretan baglari olusturulmaktadir. Poliüretan baglari ürünün kimyasal, mekanik, su dayaniminin arttirilmasini saglamaktadir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde akrilik reçine bileseni agirlikça %20 ila %30 araliginda bir degerde yer almaktadir. Bulus konusu yüzey astari için akrilik reçine bilesenin agirlikça bulunma oranlari kritiktir, belirtilen agirlikça oranlarda yer alan akrilik reçine bilesenin, bulusa konu ürünün yüzeye kuvvetli bir sekilde yapismasina olanak saglamaktadir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde en az bir islatici bileseni içermektedir. lslaticilar yüzey astarina çok az miktarda ilave edilerek imalat sirasinda, depolamada, yüzey astari uygulamasinda ve yüzey astari film karakterinin iyilestirilmesinde çok önemli etkiler gösterilmesini saglamaktadir. lslatici ayrica, yüzey astarinin parlakliginin arttirilmasini saglamaktadir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde kullanilan islatici bileseni yüksek molekül agirlikli kopolimerdir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesindeki islatici bileseni agirlikça %0,2 ila %1,5 araliginda bir degerde yer almaktadir. Bulus konusu yüzey astari için islatici bilesenin agirlikça bulunma oranlari kritiktir, belirtilen agirlikça oranlarda yer alan islatici bilesenin, SWCNT tanelerinin ürün içerisinde stabil bir sekilde dagitilmasini saglamasindan önemlidir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde en az bir beyaz renk saglayan pigment bileseni içermektedir. Pigmentler, renklerinden dolayi çesitli yüzey astarlarinin üretiminde kullanilan ince toz hâlindeki inorganik ve organik bilesiklerdir. Pigmentler yüzey astarinda renk ve örtücülük saglamak için kullanilmaktadir. Örtücülük pigmentin isigi kirma indisi ile vernigin kirma indisi arasindaki farka dogrudan baglidir. Pigmentin kirma indisi büyüdükçe örtücülügü de güçlenmektedir. Beyaz pigment bileseni, yüzey astari bünyesinde açik renk saglamak için eklenmektedir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde kullanilan beyaz pigment bileseni olarak rutile tip form bilesik kullanilmaktadir. Bilindigi üzere rutil form TiO2'in bir formudur, bu bulusta rutil form derken ayni zamanda TiO2 bilesigi kastedilmektedir. Rutile tip pigmentin kirma indisi diger türlere göre daha fazladir. Bu durum kullanilan astarin örtücülügünün güçlenmesini saglamaktadir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde beyaz pigment bileseni agirlikça %14 ila %20 araliginda bir degerde yer almaktadir. Istenilen açik renk özelliginde yüzey astari eldesi için mevcut bulus sahiplerinin belirlemis olduklari beyaz pigment agirlik oranlari kritiktir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde reoloji katki bileseni agirlikça %02 ila %1 araliginda bir degerde yer almaktadir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde en az bir solvent bileseni içermektedir. Mevcut bulusa konu yüzey astari bünyesinde kullanilan solvent bilesenleri tercihen aromatik esasli ve/veya asetat bilesiklerinden birini veya bunlarin karisimini içermektedir. Solventler yüzey astari viskozitesinin ayarlanmasini saglamaktadir. Solventler ayrica, reçinenin çözelti haline getirilmesini saglayarak yüzey astarinin yüzeye uygulanmasini kolaylastirmaktadir. Yüzey astarinin uygulanmasindan yaklasik olarak 5 ila 10 dakika sonrasinda bazkat uygulanmaktadir. Bazkat 10 ila 20 mikron araliginda bir degerde uygulanmaktadir. Bazkat uygulamasindan yaklasik olarak 10 ila 15 dakika sonrasinda vernik uygulanmaktadir. Vernik 25 ila 40 mikron araliginda bir degerde uygulanmaktadir. Vernik uygulamasindan sonra 80° C'de 30 dakika firinlama islemi uygulanmaktadir. Yukarida belirlenen oranlarda uygulanan islemler sonucunda elde edilen boya gaminin degerlendirilmesi için bazi testler uygulanmaktadir. BACKGROUND ART Plastics; They are organic polymeric substances that are solid at room temperature and can be shaped and molded by pressure, temperature, mechanical and chemical means. By shaping plastics, they can be used in a wide variety of sectors. One of the areas where plastics are used is the automotive industry. Plastic surfaces used in the automotive industry, TPO (PP/EPDM) based bumper surfaces, all kinds of plastic surfaces to be applied with electrostatic basecoat / topcoat inside and outside the vehicle, etc. It may happen. It is possible to apply the paint process on plastic surfaces used in the automotive industry. Since plastic surfaces are not conductive like metals, it is not possible to apply paint on these surfaces using the electrostatic method. In the current technique, conductive primers are used to apply paint to plastic surfaces used in the automotive industry. These conductive linings have conductive properties due to the carbon black component they contain in their structure. In order for the conductive lining to have sufficient conductivity, the amount of carbon black used must be between 6% and 12% by weight. The carbon black used at this value causes the conductive lining to be very dark. The conductive lining, produced by another method known in the current technique, contains multi-walled carbon nanotubes known as graphite. The multi-walled carbon nanotube component used in the conductive lining must be used at 5% by weight in order to provide the desired level of conductivity. Using the multi-walled carbon nanotube component in this ratio causes the conductive lining to be black and/or dark gray in color. As a result, all the problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a surface primer with light color and electrical conductivity to enable the application of basecoat and topcoat paints to automotive plastic surfaces by electrostatic method. The main purpose of the invention is to obtain a surface primer that provides conductive properties to automotive plastic surfaces in the primer layer and enables the application of basecoat and topcoat paints to be applied on them by electrostatic method. Another aim of the invention is to obtain a surface primer with a light color feature. Another aim of the invention is to obtain a surface primer with electrical conductivity. In order to achieve all the mentioned purposes, the present invention is a surface primer with light color and electrical conductivity, containing single-walled carbon nanotubes as a component, suitable for use in the electrostatic application of basecoat and topcoat paints on automotive plastic surfaces. In a preferred embodiment, the single-walled carbon nanotube component within the surface primer is at most 1% by weight. Preferably, the surface liner contains a single-walled carbon nanotube component in the range of 0.1 to 1% by weight. Preferably, the single-walled carbon nanotube within the surface primer is dispersed in at least one plasticizer and/or at least one stabilizer. A possible embodiment of the invention is to contain an acrylic resin component in the range of 20% to 30% by weight within the surface primer. A possible embodiment of the invention is to contain a wetting component in the range of 0.2% to 1.5% by weight within the surface primer. A possible embodiment of the invention is that the surface primer contains a white pigment component in the range of 14% to 20% by weight. A possible embodiment of the invention is that the white pigment component of the surface primer is in rutile type form. A possible embodiment of the invention is to contain a rheology additive component in the range of 0.2% to 1% by weight within the surface primer. The possible embodiment of the invention is that the surface primer rheology additive component is in clay form. A possible embodiment of the invention is that the surface primer contains at least one solvent component in the range of 50% to 60% by weight. Possible embodiments of the invention include single-walled carbon nanotube dispersion in the range of 0.1 to 1% by weight within the surface primer; 20% by weight of wetting agent; white pigment in the range of 14% to 20% by weight; rheology additive in the range of 0.2% to 1% by weight; It contains at least one solvent component in the range of 50% to 60% by weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In this detailed explanation, a surface primer with light color and electrical conductivity to enable the application of basecoat and topcoat paints to automotive plastic surfaces by electrostatic method, which is the subject of the invention, is explained only with examples that will not create any limiting effect for a better understanding of the subject. In the invention, the term "primer" refers to a chemical mixture that adheres to the surface on which it is applied, covers scratches and mold defects on the surface, and provides a homogeneous surface. In the invention, the term "basecoat" refers to the paint layer that provides the color and visual effect expected from the paint applied on the primer layer. With the varnish layer applied on the basecoat layer, the paint application range, which has protective and decorative features, is completed. In the invention, the term "topcoat" refers to the paint layer applied to protect the surface and provide a decorative appearance. The alternative to the basecoat / varnish application range is topcoat paint. In the invention, the "electrostatic method" is the process of applying electrically charged paint particles to a grounded material with the help of compressed air. In the invention, the expression "light color" means that the surface is provided in a luminous form by absorbing a large part of the light falling on the surface on which the paint is applied. In the invention, the expression "having a conductive feature" means allowing electric current and/or heat to pass through the surface. One of the innovative aspects of the invention is the surface lining; It enables application to automotive plastic surfaces, enables the application of basecoat and topcoat paints by electrostatic method, distributes homogeneously, has light color and electrical conductivity properties. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains at least one component to achieve the desired performances. The surface primer subject to the present invention preferably contains more than one component. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains single-walled carbon nanotube (abbreviated as SWCNT) as a component to provide electrical conductivity. As is known in the art, the single-walled carbon nanotube component in the invention is a single rolled graphene layer. Thanks to the use of the SWCNT component in the surface primer subject to the present invention in determined proportions by weight, the surface primer provides the desired light color and electrical conductivity properties. The SWCNT component contained in the surface primer of the present invention is preferably dispersed in plasticizer and/or stabilizer. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains acrylic resin component. The acrylic resin component is included to provide the paint binding properties of the surface primer. The acrylic resin contained in the surface primer is preferably in a form modified with the CPO chemical compound. Here, CPO is the abbreviation for chlorinated polyolefin compound. Acrylic resin is preferably modified with the chemical compound CPO, allowing the primer of the invention to adhere to low-energy surfaces. The acrylic resin contained in the surface primer is preferably in a form modified with the CPO chemical compound, as well as in a hydroxy-functional form. Since the surface primer with the configurations mentioned in the invention contains free hydroxy groups, it is used by combining it with aliphatic isocyanate hardener before application. After the reaction with the hardener, polyurethane bonds are formed. Polyurethane ties increase the chemical, mechanical and water resistance of the product. The acrylic resin component in the surface primer subject to the present invention is in the range of 20% to 30% by weight. The weight ratios of the acrylic resin component are critical for the surface primer of the invention. The acrylic resin component in the specified weight ratios enables the product of the invention to adhere strongly to the surface. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains at least one wetting component. Wetting agents are added to the surface primer in very small amounts and provide very significant effects during manufacturing, storage, surface primer application and improving the surface primer film character. The wetting agent also ensures that the gloss of the surface primer is increased. The wetting component used in the surface primer subject to the present invention is a high molecular weight copolymer. The wetting component in the surface primer subject to the present invention is in the range of 0.2% to 1.5% by weight. The weight ratios of the wetting component are critical for the surface primer of the invention; it is important that the wetting component in the specified weight ratios ensures a stable distribution of SWCNT grains in the product. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains at least one pigment component that provides white color. Pigments are inorganic and organic compounds in fine powder form that are used in the production of various surface primers due to their colors. Pigments are used to provide color and covering in the surface primer. Coverage directly depends on the difference between the refractive index of the pigment and the refractive index of the varnish. As the refractive index of the pigment increases, its covering power also increases. The white pigment component is added to provide a light color within the surface primer. A rutile type form compound is used as the white pigment component used in the surface primer subject to the present invention. As it is known, rutile form is a form of TiO2, in this invention, rutile form also means TiO2 compound. The refractive index of rutile type pigment is higher than other types. This strengthens the covering ability of the primer used. The white pigment component in the surface primer subject to the present invention is between 14% and 20% by weight. In order to obtain a surface primer with the desired light color, the white pigment weight ratios determined by the present inventors are critical. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains at least one rheology additive component. The rheology additive component used in the surface primer subject to the present invention is in clay form. The rheology additive component in the surface primer subject to the present invention is present at a value between 02% and 1% by weight. The surface primer subject to the present invention contains at least one solvent component. The solvent components used in the surface primer of the present invention preferably contain one of aromatic-based and/or acetate compounds or a mixture of these. Solvents enable adjustment of the surface primer viscosity. Solvents also facilitate the application of the surface primer to the surface by allowing the resin to become a solution. Solvent components in the surface primer subject to the present invention range from 50% to 50% by weight. Table 1. The surface primer obtained with the formulation given in the invention has the desired color and electrical conductivity values. The surface primer with the configurations mentioned in the invention provides conductivity at <500 kQ level when applied at a dry film thickness between 4 and 10 microns. This conductivity level enables the application of basecoat and/or topcoat on the primer using the electrostatic method. The lining subject to the invention is light gray in color and has an L value of 68. In order to obtain the surface primer with the configurations mentioned in the invention, the components must be dispersed in good order. The most important component that needs to be dispersed for the production of the surface primer subject to the present invention is SWCNT dispersion. By dispersing the SWCNT dispersion component well, it can have the desired electrical conductivity values. The dispersion process is provided by a mixer. In order to ensure high dispersion quality, the geometry of the mixing blade, bowl diameter ratio, blade diameter ratio, mixing time, etc. Parameters such as should be adjusted in appropriate proportions. It is preferred to use a cowless type mixer for the production of the surface primer subject to the present invention. For the production of the surface primer subject to the present invention, it is preferred to use the boiler diameter/mixer diameter ratio at a value between 3/1 and 2/1. It is preferred that the mixing time for the production of the surface primer subject to the present invention be around 20 minutes. For the production of the surface primer subject to the present invention, it is preferred that the tip speed be between 12 and 18 meters/second. After pre-mixing, the dispersion quality is increased by passing it through a crushing machine containing zirconium beads. For the production of the surface primer subject to the present invention, it is preferred to provide a crushing fineness of approximately 15 microns in the crushing machine. The paint range is applied to automotive plastic surfaces using the following steps. The surface primer with the configurations mentioned in the invention is applied to the PP-based bumper surface after flame etching. The basecoat is applied approximately 5 to 10 minutes after the application of the surface primer. Basecoat is applied at a value between 10 and 20 microns. Varnish is applied approximately 10 to 15 minutes after basecoat application. Varnish is applied at a value between 25 and 40 microns. After varnish application, a baking process is applied at 80° C for 30 minutes. Some tests are applied to evaluate the dye gamut obtained as a result of the processes applied at the rates determined above. The tests that evaluate the paint gamut created as a result of applying the surface primer described in the specification and subsequent layers applied by electrostatic method on automotive plastic surfaces are explained below. The components and values given in Table 1 are used as samples in the tests, the sum of the weight ratio of the entire product equals 100%. Moisture Test A moisture test in accordance with ASTM D 4585 standards was performed on the final coated plastic surfaces obtained by electrostatic method before and after the application of the surface primer. According to the results, no blister was observed in the paint of the samples to which surface primer was applied, and no loss of adhesion was experienced even after 500 hours. Pressurized Water Washing Test Pressurized water washing tests were performed on the final coated plastic surfaces obtained by electrostatic method before and after the application of the surface primer. Pressurized water washing tests are performed at 11.3 lt/min flow rate and 60° C. Pressurized water washing tests are performed at a distance of 16.5 cm and 90°. The pressurized water washing test was performed for approximately 1 minute on the Karcher HDS 10/20-4 M machine. As a result of the pressurized water washing test, no lightening of the paint was observed. Thermal Shock Test Thermal shock tests were performed on the final coated plastic surfaces obtained by electrostatic method before and after the application of the surface primer. It was applied as 15 hours, 30 minutes ambient temperature at 105° C, and 8 hours, 30 minutes ambient temperature at -40° C. Thermal shock test was applied for 3 cycles. As a result of the mentioned applications, no lifting of the paint was observed after washing with pressurized water. After the application of the surface primer, thermal aging was applied to the final coated plastic surfaces obtained by electrostatic method. In the thermal aging test, aging was applied for approximately 10 days at 80° C. No loss of adhesion was observed as a result of the thermal aging test. Additionally, no peeling of the paint was observed after washing with pressurized water.
