Description

SEKILLERIN ANLAMLARI Sekil 1. Perspektif Görünüm Sekil 2. Arkadan Görünüm Sekil 3. A-A Kesit Görünüm Sekil 4. Atis harici hava tahliyesi mümkün olmadigindan atis sayisi ciddi miktarda artmaktadir. TR TR DESCRIPTION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR WEAPONS FIRED WITH AIR TANK TECHNICAL FIELD The invention is the pressurized air used in PCP (pre-charged pneumatic) rifles, guns and all air rifles, which are used for sports, hobbies and hunting, and which enables the hammer (cock) to work. It is related to the lock mechanism that controls its use. PRIOR ART PCP, that is, pre-charged pneumatic, is a definition formed from the initials of English words. This air rifle, which has an integrated air tube with a pressure between 70 and 300 bars and is generally used for sports, hobbies and hunting, has higher pressure than normal air rifles and allows faster shooting. It is possible to make an average of 50 - 150 shots with a single filling. These rifles work on the principle of firing by transmitting previously filled compressed air to the barrel with the help of the hammer and hammer mechanism when the trigger is pressed. PCP rifles are ready to fire by cocking the trigger and hammer mechanism after the cocking handle is pulled, and the hammer mechanism is released when the trigger is pressed. The released hammer mechanism opens the valve by making a linear movement by being pushed by the spring. Thus, the pressurized air is transmitted to the barrel and the shot is completed. However, since the energy on the hammer is not reset as it rotates back, it moves forward again with the thrust force created by compressing the spring and continues to release air by opening the valve. This situation continues until the kinetic energy of the hammer and spring is zero. Thus, non-shooting air continues to be evacuated, reducing the number of shots that can be fired. Another situation is to achieve stable muzzle velocity and grouping in PCP rifles. In the mechanism we have described above in the known technique, the hammer opens the valve before the ammunition leaves the barrel, causing pressurized air to flow into the barrel again, resulting in inconsistency in firing speeds and problems with the rifle settling before the ammunition moves. This is a very challenging and dangerous situation for the shooter. MEANINGS OF THE FIGURES Figure 1. Perspective View Figure 2. Rear View Figure 3. A-A Section View Figure 4. A Detail View The equivalents of the numbers shown in the figures are given below. 1. Crowning Handle Transfer Pin Hammer Spring Operating Latch 9. Valve Spring .Hammer Lock 11.Magazine Operating Lever 12.Hammer Lock Spring 13.Latch Spring DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention; crown (1), transfer pin (2), hammer spring (3), hammer (4), dummy (5), operating latch (6), trigger (7), valve (8), valve spring (9), It consists of hammer lock (10), magazine operating lever (11), hammer lock spring (12) and latch spring (13). The gun is cocked via the cocking lever (1). While the gun is being cocked, the hammer (4) is pulled back with the transfer pin (2) coming from the cocking handle (1), allowing the trigger mechanism (7) to be cocked. After the trigger mechanism (7) is installed, the hammer (4) is held by the dummy (5) and the rifle is cocked. At the same time, the magazine operating lever (11) not only sets the mechanism but also sets up the control system consisting of the hammer lock (10) and hammer lock spring (12) subject to the invention. The process of installing the control system, which consists of the hammer lock (10) and hammer lock spring (12) subject to the invention, moves the hammer lock (10) downwards while the operating lever (11) moves in the reverse direction. After reaching a certain distance, the operating latch (6), which operates the control system consisting of the hammer lock (10) and the hammer lock spring (12), is released. The released operating latch (6) is pushed forward by the latch spring (13) behind it and holds the hammer lock (10). Now the system is armed and waits for ignition. As soon as the trigger mechanism (7) is pulled, the hammer (4) is released from the dummy (5) and thanks to the hammer spring (3) behind it, it gains linear movement and is charged with energy. When the hammer (4) passes the hammer lock (10) sufficiently, it simultaneously moves the operating latch (6) and hits the valve (8), causing the valve (8) to move. Thus, it ensures that the compressed air/gas in the system is transmitted to the barrel and moves the ammunition to separate it from the barrel. While this process is taking place, the hammer (4) and the valve (9) located behind the valve (8) are pushed back as a result of action-reaction. As soon as the operating latch (6) moves in the direction of operation, the hammer lock (10) enters between the hammer (4) and the valve (8) thanks to the lock spring (12) at its bottom. The hammer (4) spends the energy generated by the reaction it receives from the valve (8) for rebound, and then moves towards the valve (8) again, thanks to the hammer spring (3) behind it. However, now the hammer lock (10) is inserted between the valve (8) and the hammer (4). Since it is no longer possible for the hammer (4) to come into contact with the valve (8), the hammer (4) is prevented from opening the valve (8) and evacuating the pressurized air/gas. Thus, waste of compressed air is prevented since it is not released except for throwing. Since the valve (8) opens again before the ammunition leaves the barrel and does not release air again, the muzzle exit velocity of the ammunition becomes stable. This also enables better grouping. It provides the shooter with a stable and comfortable shooting opportunity during shooting. Since air evacuation other than shooting is not possible, the number of shots increases significantly.
