Türkiye'de disarida yemek son birkaç on yilda giderek artan oranda ragbet edilen bir tüketim alanidir. Disarida yemek günümüz kentlerinde özellikle alisveris merkezlerinde konuslanan fast food zincirlerinin ve yerel ayaküstü yemek zincirlerinde gerçeklesmektedir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda Brunch adi verilen kahvalti ile öglen yemegi arasinda yapilan bir ögün genellikle içinde bulundugumuz kültür ile çok uyum saglamistir. Toplum tarafindan sevilerek tüketilmektedir. Brunch denilen bu yemekte; içecekten, unlu mamüllere, kahvalti ürünlerinden, kuruyemislere, tatlilardan meyvelere akla gelebilecek birçok gida ürünü sunulmaktadir. Bahsi geçen gida ürünleri teknigin bilinen durumunda; farkli farkli sekillerde tüketiciye sunulmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda zaman kisiti olan durumlarda hizlica bardakta da çorba içilebilecekken servis süresi beklenerek restoranlarda tüketme zorunlulugu bulunmaktadir. Disarida özellikle elde yemek tasimak Için kullanilan kagittan mamül bardak ya da tabaklar ya da termoslar kullanilmaktadir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda termos, saklama kabi, sefer tasi vb. Üreten firmalarin ürünleri hep ya sadece içecek ya da sadece yiyecek tüketmek üzere tasarlanmistir. Ayni anda tek elle tüm tüketilecek ürünlerin birlikte tasinmasi hedeflenmemistir.
