TARIFNAME BIR SICAK IÇECEK HAZIRLAMA CIHAZI Teknik Alan Bu bulus, bir sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Sicak içecek hazirlama cihazlari, örnegin Türk kahvesi, filtre kahve, çay gibi içecekleri hazirlamak için kullanilmaktadir. Söz konusu cihazlar kullanilarak sicak içecekler hizli ve pratik bir biçimde hazirlanabilmektedir. Günümüzde çay ve kahve hazirlamak için kullanilan cihazlar siklikla is yerleri ve evlerde tercih edilmektedir. Kullanicilarin, farkli türlerde sicak içecek hazirlamak için farkli cihazlar satin almasi gerekmektedir. Satin alinan cihazlar konumlandirildiklari mutfak tezgahlarinda fazla yer kaplamaktadir. Zamanla degisen yasam sartlarinin sonucu küçülen evler/is yerleri ve mutfaklarda bu cihazlar fazlaca yer isgal edebilmektedir. Bunun yaninda, farkli içecekler için farkli cihazlarin satin alinmasi gerekliligi kullaniciya ekonomik yönden de yük getirmektedir. Dolayisi ile farkli türdeki sicak içeceklerin hazirlanabildigi, söz konusu sicak içeceklerin kisiye özel küçük miktarli olarak hazirlanabilmesini saglayarak enerji, su ve zaman tasarrufuna katkida bulunan, konumlandirildigi alanda daha az yer kaplayan bir sicak içecek hazirlama cihazina ihtiyaç duyulmaktadir. Türk kahvesi hazirlamak için, bir pisirme haznesi içerisine yerlestirilen malzemeler isitilmaktadir. Filtre kahve hazirlamak için ise sicak su, bir filtre içerisindeki kahvenin içerisinden geçirilmektedir. Hazirlama yöntemlerinin farkli olmasi sebebiyle filtre kahve hazirlamak için uygun olan bir yapi, Türk kahvesi hazirlamak için uygun olmayabilmektedir. hem Türk kahvesi hem de filtre kahve hazirlamak için kullanilabilen bir sicak 03.134 içecek hazirlama cihazindan bahsedilmektedir. Söz konusu dokümanda pisirme haznesi hem Türk kahvesinin içerisinde hazirlandigi bir hazne hem de filtre kahvenin sicak tutulmasini saglayan bir karaf görevi görmektedir. Ancak, bahsedilen haznenin yerinde olmadigi durumda nozülden damlayan su, haznenin alt kismindaki konektöre damlayabilmekte ve bu da kisa devre gibi elektriksel problemlere yol açabilmektedir. Dolayisiyla, konektörün üzerine su damlamasinin engellendigi bir sicak içecek hazirlama cihazina ihtiyaç duyulmaktadir. Bulusun Kisa Açiklamasi Bu bulusun amaci farkli türlerde içecek hazirlayabilen bir sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi gerçeklestirmektir. Bu bulusun bir diger amaci, konektörün üzerine su damlamasinin engellendigi bir sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi gerçeklestirmektir. Kullanici, hazirlamak istedigi içecegin türüne göre, bahsedilen bosluga pisirme haznesini (H) veya karafi (K) yerlestirebilmektedir. Gövdenin (2) sekli, bir tarafi açik olan bir küp gibi düsünülebilir. Ancak, gövdenin (2), örnegin çokgen prizma veya silindir gibi herhangi baska bir sekilde olmasi da mümkündür. Bunun yaninda, gövde (2) ve boslugu benzer sekillere sahip olmasi da zorunlu degildir. Örnegin, kullanicinin Türk kahvesi hazirlamak istedigi durumda sivi çikisindan (3) pisirme haznesinin (H) içerisine soguk su verilebilmektedir. Diger bir örnekte ise, kullanicinin filtre kahve hazirlamak istedigi durumda, sicak içecek hazirlama cihazinin (1) sahip oldugu ve filtre kahve hazirlamayi saglayan ayri bir bölmede hazirlanan filtre kahve, bahsedilen sivi çikisi (3) vasitasiyla karaf (K) içerisine aktarilabilmektedir. Bir diger örnekte ise, kullanicinin çay hazirlamak istedigi durumda, sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi (1) tarafindan isitilan su, bahsedilen sivi çikisi (3) vasitasiyla, içerisinde çay yapraklari bulunan karafin (K) içerisine aktarilabilmektedir. Pisirme haznesi (H), elektrik ihtiyacini, sahip oldugu bir konektör karsiligi üzerinden karsilayabilmektedir. Dönebilir platform (5), gövdenin (2) içindeki boslugun tabani ile su çikisi (3) arasinda yer almaktadir. 03.134 Dönebilir platform (5) açik ve kapali olmak üzere en az iki konuma sahiptir. Açik konum, dönebilir platformun (5), üzerine karafin (K) veya pisirme haznesinin (H) yerlestirilebilecegi bir konumudur (Sekil 2). Bu konum, diger bir deyisle, dönebilir platformun (5) boslugun tabani ile hemen hemen paralel oldugu durumdur. Kapali konum ise, karafin (K) veya pisirme haznesinin (H) dönebilir platformun (5) üzerine yerlestirilmesi için uygun olmadigi bir konumdur (Sekil 4). Kapali konum, örnegin, dönebilir platformun (5) boslugun yan duvarina yaslandigi bir konumdur. Bulusun bir uygulamasinda konektör (4), gövde (2) üzerinde ve tercihen gövdenin (2) bahsedilen boslugunun içerisinde yer almaktadir. Pisirme haznesi (H), konektör karsiligi bahsedilen konektöre (4) ayrilabilir sekilde elektriksel olarak baglanacak sekilde yerlestirilebilmektedir. Pisirme haznesi (H) yerlestirildiginde, pisirme haznesinin (H) ihtiyaç duydugu elektrik enerjisi, sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi (1) tarafindan, bahsedilen konektör (4) üzerinden saglanmaktadir. Konektör (4), tercihen bahsedilen boslugun tabaninda yer almaktadir. Ancak, konektön'in (4) bahsedilen boslugun yan duvarlarindan herhangi birinin üzerinde yer almasi da mümkündür. Bu uygulamada isitma plakasi (6), dönebilir platform (5) üzerinde yer almaktadir. Bu uygulamada dönebilir platform (5), açik konumunda, konektör (4) üzerine sivi damlamasini da engellemektedir. Örnegin; filtre kahve yaparken sivi çikisindan (3) damlayan su, konektörün (4) üzerinde yer alan dönebilir platformun (5) üzerinde damlamaktadir. Isitma plakasina (6) güç aktarimi dönebilir platformun (5) üzerine yerlestirilen bir konektör karsiliginin konektöre (4) ayrilabilir sekilde elektriksel olarak baglanmasi veya isitma plakasina dogrudan yapilan elektriksel baglanti ile saglanabilmektedir. Bulusun diger bir uygulamasinda konektör (4), dönebilir platform (5) üzerinde, dönebilir platformun (5) açik konumunda pisirme haznesinin (H) sahip oldugu konektör karsiliginin baglanabilecegi sekilde yer almaktadir. Pisirme haznesi (H) dönebilir platformun (5) üzerine yerlestirildiginde, konektör karsiligi bahsedilen konektöre (4) aynlabilir sekilde elektriksel olarak baglanmaktadir. Pisirme 03.134 haznesi (H) yerlestirildiginde, pisirme haznesinin (H) ihtiyaç duydugu elektrik enerjisi, sicak içecek hazirlama Cihazi (1) tarafindan, bahsedilen konektör (4) üzerinden saglanmaktadir. Bu uygulamada isitma plakasi (6) gövdenin (2) bahsedilen boslugunun tabaninda yer almaktadir. Bu uygulamada, örnegin filtre kahve hazirlanirken dönebilir platform (5) ve dolayisiyla konektör (4) kapali konuma getirileceginden sivi çikisindan (3) damlayan sivilar konektöre (4) ulasamamaktadir. Bahsedilen konektör (4) ve konektör karsiligi, örnegin, erkek ve disi yapilandirmasina sahip olan bir fis-adaptör (plug-socket) veya bir pin-kontak olabilir ancak bu örneklerle sinirli degildir. Bulusun diger uygulamalarla birlikte kullanilabilen bir uygulamasinda gövde (2), dönebilir platformun (5) kapali konumunda içerisine en azindan kismen girdigi en az bir girinti (21) içermektedir. Böylelikle, dönebilir platformun (5) kapali konumunda gövde (2) içerisine projeksiyonu azaltilmis olmaktadir. Bu uygulamada, dönebilir platformun (5) etrafinda döndügü eksen tercihen girinti (21) içerisinde yer almaktadir. Girinti (21), ayrica, konektörün (4) de içerisine girebilecegi bir sekle sahip olabilmektedir. Böylelikle, dönebilir platform (5) üzerinde konektör (4) tarafindan olusturulan çikinti da telafi edilmektedir. Bulusun diger uygulamalarla birlikte kullanilabilen bir uygulamasinda dönebilir platform (5), kullaniciya dönebilir platformu (5) kolayca hareket ettirmesi için bir tutma alani saglayan en az bir kulaga (51) sahiptir. Kulak (51), tercihen, dönebilir platformdan (5) uzaklasacak ve kullaniciya yaklasacak sekilde uzanmaktadir. Kullanici bahsedilen kulagin (51) üzerine bir kuvvet uygulayarak dönebilir platformun (5), dönme ekseni etrafinda dönmesini saglayabilmektedir. Kulak (51), ayrica, kullaniciya isitma plakasindan (6) yeterli uzaklikta, güvenli bir tutma bölgesi saglamaktadir. Böylelikle, kullanici bahsedilen kulaga (51) temas ettiginde kullanicinin eli yanmamaktadir. Burada, kullanicinin elinin yanmadigi herhangi bir uzaklik yeterli uzaklikta olarak tanimlanmaktadir. 03.134 Bulusun diger uygulamalarla birlikte kullanilabilen bir uygulamasinda girinti (21) ve/veya dönebilir platform (5); dönebilir platform (5) üzerine akan ve/veya dönebilir platformun (5) kapali konuma getirilmesi durumunda girintinin (21) içine akan sivinin tahliyesi için en az bir açiklik vc/Vcya en az bir yönlendirici içermektedir. Bulusun diger uygulamalarla birlikte kullanilabilen bir uygulamasinda bulus konusu sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi (1), dönebilir platformun (5) açik konumunda ve/veya kapali konumunda serbest `birakilabi1ir sekilde sabit tutulmasi için en az bir sabitlcmc vasitasi içermektedir. Sabitleme vasitasi, örnegin, dönebilir platform (5) üzerinde yer alan bir dil ve bu gövde (2) üzerinde yer alan, dilin içine girebilecegi bir yuva veya dönebilir platform (5) ve gövde (2) üzerinde yer alan miknatislar gibi herhangi bir sabitleme vasitasi olabilmektedir. Söz konusu giris arayüzü, hazirlanabilecek her bir içecek için atanmis fiziksel veya dokunmatik dügmelere sahip olabilir veya kullaniciya bahsedilen içecekler ile ilgili seçimlerin gösterildigi bir menü içerisinde dolasmak ve bu menüden seçim yapmak için tuslara sahip olabilir veya bahsedilen menü içerisinde dolasmak için döndürülen 03.134 bir dönebilir dügmeye ve seçim yapmak için bahsedilen dönebilir dügmeye entegre veya ayri bir butona sahip olabilmektedir ancak bunlarla sinirli degildir. Bulusun diger uygulamalarla birlikte kullanilabilen bir uygulamasinda, bulus konusu sicak içecek hazirlama cihazi (1), algilama biriminden veri almak ve bu veri dogrultusunda, dogrudan veya bir sürücü devre vasitasiyla, isitma plakasinin (6) ve/Veya konektörün (4) gücünü kesmek veya bu gücü saglamak için uyarlanmis en az bir kontrol birimi içermektedir. Kontrol birimi, örnegin, dönebilir platformun (5) kapali konumunda isitma plakasinin (6) gücünü kesmekte, dönebilir platformun (5) açik konumunda ise dönebilir platforma (5) güç saglamaktadir. Bulusun diger uygulamalarla birlikte kullanilabilen bir uygulamasinda kontrol birimi, dönebilir platformun (5) pozisyonunu algilama biriminden ve/Veya pisirme haznesinin (H) varligini algilama biriminden veri almak, bu veri dogrultusunda, kullanicinin giris birimi üzerinde seçebilecegi seçenekleri degistirmek ve kullanici tarafindan yapilan seçim dogrultusunda, dogrudan veya bir sürücü devre vasitasiyla, isitma plakasinin (6) ve/veya konektörün (4) gücünü kesmek veya bu gücü saglamak için uyarlanmistir. Kontrol birim, örnegin, dönebilir platformun (5) açik konumunda filtre kahve gibi karafa (K) aktarilacak içeceklerin hazirlanmasina yönelik seçenekleri aktiflestirmekte, yalnizca pisirme haznesi (H) içerisinde hazirlanabilecek seçenekleri ise pasiflestirmektedir. Dönebilir platformun (5) kapali konumunda ise Türk kahvesi veya süt gibi pisirme haznesi (H) içerisinde hazirlanacak içeceklerin hazirlanmasina yönelik seçenekleri aktiflestirmekte ve yalnizca karaf (K) içerisinde hazirlanabilecek seçenekleri pasiflestirmektedir. Burada aktiflestirme kelimesi bir seçenegin bir ekran üzerinde gösterilmesi veya seçenege ait butonun aydinlatilmasini tanimlayabilir. Bahsedilen seçimin kontrol birimi tarafindan alinarak bu seçime göre bir içecek hazirlama isleminin baslatildigi herhangi bir durumda seçenegin aktif oldugu söylenebilir. Pasiflestirme kelimesi bir seçenegin bir ekran üzerinde gösterilmemesi, aktif seçeneklere göre farkli gösterilmesi veya seçenege ait 03.134 butonun aydinlatilmamasini tanimlayabilir. Bahsedilen seçimin kontrol birimi tarafindan göz ardi edildigi, bu seçime göre bir içecek hazirlama isleminin baslatilmadigi herhangi bir durumda seçenegin pasif oldugu söylenebilir. Therefore, there is a need for a hot drink preparation device that can prepare different types of hot drinks, contributes to energy, water and time savings by enabling the hot drinks to be prepared in small amounts individually, and takes up less space in the area where it is positioned. To prepare Turkish coffee, the ingredients placed in a cooking chamber are heated. To prepare filter coffee, hot water is passed through the coffee in a filter. Due to different preparation methods, a structure suitable for preparing filter coffee may not be suitable for preparing Turkish coffee.
