TR TR TR DESCRIPTION ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR 3D PRINTING WITH METAL OR CERAMIC ADDITIVES USING PHOTOPOLYMER AND 3D PRINTER USING THIS METHOD Field of Invention There are several different types of Additive Manufacturing (AM) depending on the type of material to be produced. What all of these methods have in common is that the object to be produced is drawn in any CAD program and divided into layers to be printed on a 3D printer. The AM method is used for the production of complex, high-volume net-shaped components, such as Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Fuse Deposition Modeling (FDM), Fused Filament Manufacturing (FFF), Sterolithography (SLA), Electron Beam Melting (EBM) and Digital Light Polymerization (Fusion Deposition Modeling (FDM)). It also includes various technologies such as DLP). State of the Art Regarding the Invention (Prior Art) Although there are many technologies in 3D printing of ceramics, bulk solid-based technologies that use laser beam causing residual stresses such as ceramic powder ratio, SLS and SLM, thermal gradients under rapid laser heating and cooling rates within ceramic parts, It remains an important factor inducing defects such as cracks and distortions. Although preheating powder beds can help alleviate this phenomenon, the high melting points of ceramics place greater strain on the manufacturing process. Rough surface quality, undesirable porosity and large shrinkage of ceramic parts after processing also limit their application areas. In addition, one of the biggest limitations of SLS today is the lack of materials that can be produced in powder form needed for this printing method, which contributes to the low variety of materials available. Brief Description and Objectives of the Invention Although there are many technologies in 3D printing of ceramics, the proportion of ceramic powder is 60% of the volume, except for bulk solid-based technologies such as Selective laser sintering (SLS) and Selective laser melting (SLM), which use laser beam that causes residual stresses. It doesn't pass. Thermal gradients under rapid laser heating and cooling rates within ceramic parts remain an important factor inducing defects such as cracks and distortions. Although preheating the powder beds can help alleviate this phenomenon, the high melting points of ceramics place greater strain on the manufacturing process. Rough surface quality, undesirable porosity and large shrinkage of ceramic parts after processing also limit their application areas. In addition, one of the biggest limitations of SLS today is the lack of materials that can be produced in powder form needed for this printing method, which contributes to the low variety of materials available. Both FDM and SLA techniques are limited only to polymeric materials, whereas the work subject to this invention is both a new technique in this field and offers reliable use for metal and ceramic materials. On the other hand, this method is both cheap and easy to use. Definitions of the Elements/Parts/Parts Composing the Invention. In order to better explain the three-dimensional printer developed with this invention, the parts/parts/elements in the prepared figures are numbered separately and the explanation of each number is given below. Dough mixing unit Pressing head Transfer organ (Extruder screw) Coil spring UV source Control screen Feeding Motor 99749999?? Feeding System . Feed Hoitum Detailed Description of the Invention This work is briefly a new technique for new 3D additive manufacturing methods for ceramics, metal and composite materials. According to this technique, in the first stage, a light-sensitive resin (Photopolymer resin) is mixed with ceramic powder or metal powder. In this method, the ceramic or metal powder ratio can be increased to 80-90%, unlike other methods. The mixture, which is brought to a dough consistency, can be pressed onto a flat surface with the help of a spiral conveyor such as a hose. In this method, the infrastructure of the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer can be used. At this point, the dough-like mixture is connected to the writing head with a feeding hose (10) such as a plastic hose. Normally, there is a heater in the FDM 3D printer. In this method, the heater used in FDM is canceled and a single screw, push extruder is used instead. On the other hand, a strong UV source is placed just below the extruder. The extruder screw presses the mixed dough into the hose, and the dough coming out of the extruder nozzle hardens as soon as it is exposed to UV light. In this study, a part of the FDM technique for printing ceramic and metal composites, mixing ceramic or metal powder and light-sensitive resin in dough consistency and using UV light is essential and is a different point from other methods. This invention covers the design and production of 3D printers for ceramic or metal composite production. The printer consists of the motors (1) moving on the ) and control screen (7). The three-dimensional printer using Fusing Deposition Modeling is in its most basic form; Motors that move the plate on which the part to be 3D printed along the To the feeding hose (10), which ensures that the composite mixture is conveyed to the feeding engine (10). To the feeding engine, which ensures that the composite mixture is conveyed to the feeding engine (10). To the transmission organ (extruder screw), which ensures that the dough-like mixture is transferred to the printing head (4) To the extruder nozzle (press head) that is pressed to the product printing platform. It has a coil spring (5), a UV source (6) located under the head screw, which ensures the hardening of the resin (composite mixture) used for the product, and a control screen (7) where all functions of the 3D printing device are controlled. The relevant composite mixture can also be prepared in another device and transferred to the compression head (3) with the help of the extruder. The UV source (6) contains UV lamps that shine in the entire visible region, and the control screen (7) refers to the computer hardware and screen where all functions of the 3D printing device are controlled.
