Abstract

Buluş, boyun bölgesi omurlarında çeşitli sebeplerden dolayı oluşan farklı bölgelerdeki defektlerin rekonstrüksiyonunda kullanılan posterior plak olup; posterior plağın (10, 30, 40) oksipital bölgeye sabitlenmesini sağlayan en az bir adet sabit delik (10.1, 30.1, 40.1) ve/veya en az bir adet değişken delik (10.2, 30.2, 40.2), posterior plağın (10, 30, 40) uygulanacağı bölgeye göre bükülüp şekillenmesini sağlayan ve/veya kesilerek uygun büyüklüğe getirilebilmesine kılavuzluk eden en az bir adet bükme kanalı (10.3, 30.3, 40.3), rodun (20) sıkıştırılarak sabitlenmesine imkân sağlayan setskur vida deliği (10.4, 30.4, 40.4), ve uygulama kolaylığı sağlaması için ?h? uzunluğunun 1-2 mm aralığında olduğu hareket payı içeren ve boyun ile kafayı birbirine bağlamak için kullanılan rod kanalı (10.5, 30.5, 40.5) içermesi ile karakterize edilmektedir.
