Buluş, mikroenkapsülasyon yöntemlerinde kullanılmak üzere geliştirilen, partikül boyutlarını küçültmek ve homojen boyut dağılımı sağlamak üzere, öz ve duvar materyal matriksinin katılaştırıcı çözelti içerisine damlacıklar şeklinde aktaran en az bir enjeksiyon ucu (12), bahsedilen enjeksiyon ucunun (12) frekans kontrollü titreşimini sağlayan titreşim çarkı (13) ve bahsedilen titreşim çarkını (13) döndürmek üzere bir tahrik elemanı (15) içeren damlatma düzeneği (10) ile ilgilidir.
