Abstract

Buluş, hem gazı hem de elektriği aynı yanış grubu içerisinde barındıran ortasında elektrikle çalışan bir plaka ve dış bölgesinde gazla çalışılabilen alev tacına sahip, enerji tüketiminin azaltılması hedefleyen evsel pişiriciler için tasarlanmış bir hibrid yakıcıdır . Bu hibrid yakıcı, hem gazla hem de elektrikle çalışabilir olması nedeni ile gaz bulunmayan bölgelerde elektrik ile çalışması, elektrik olmayan bölgelerde ise gazla çalışabilir . Elektrikle hızlı ve düşük ısı sağlanması ile yüksek seviyede enerji tüketiminin azaltılması sağlanır . Buluş, evsel pişiricilerde bulunan tüm güç sevilerinde ayarlanabilmektedir . Küçük güç seviyelerinde elektrikli plaka çalıştırılabilmekte yüksek güç istendiğinde gazla çalışan alev tacı çalıştırılarak yüksek seviyede güç elde edilmektedir . Bu sayede ısıtılacak parçaya göre güç seçimi yapılabilmekte ve en uygun ısıtma ayarlanarak enerji tasarrufu sağlanabilmektedir . Hibrid yakıcının orta bölmesinde bulunan elektrikli plaka, istenilen en düşük seviyede ısı üretilmesi sağlarken, üzerine ısıtılmak için konulacak parça ile birlikte ızgara yüksekliğine iner .The invention is a hybrid burner designed for domestic cookers aiming to reduce energy consumption, with an electrically operated plate in the middle and a flame crown that can be operated with gas in the outer region, which contains both gas and electricity in the same combustion group. Since this hybrid burner can work with both gas and electricity, it can work with electricity in areas where there is no gas, and with gas in areas where there is no electricity. By providing fast and low heat with electricity, high level of energy consumption is reduced. The invention can be adjusted at all power levels found in domestic cookers. Electric plate can be operated at small power levels, and when high power is required, a high level of power is obtained by operating the gas-operated flame crown. In this way , power selection can be made according to the part to be heated and energy saving can be achieved by adjusting the most suitable heating . While the electric plate in the middle section of the hybrid burner provides the lowest level of heat required, it goes down to the grill height with the piece to be placed on it to be heated.
