Abstract

Yağ içeren meyvelerin ezmesinden (Pl) bir daha hafif sıvı bileşen (Ol), bir daha ağır sıvı bileşen (Al) ve bir katı kalıntı (SI) ayırmak ve çıkarmak için bir yöntem olup, aşağıdaki adımları ihtiva etmektedir: söz konusu ezmeyi (Pl), yatay eksenli santrifüjlü ekstraktöre (Di) (durultucu) besleme ve bir daha hafif sıvı,bileşeni (Ol), bir daha ağır sıvı bileşeni (Al) ve bir katı kalıntıyı} (SI) ayrı ayrı ayırma ve çıkarma, söz konusu daha ağır sıvı bileşen (Al), radyal olarak çıkarılır.
