Abstract

Bu buluş, günümüzdeki modern içten yanmalı motorların yakıt püskürtme (enjeksiyon) sistemlerinde yaygın olarak kullanılmakta olan ve hassas bir mekanik yapıya sahip enjektör elemanının içindeki yakıt aktarımını sağlayan yakıt giriş kanalının (5) basınç odasına (1) açılan bölümü, sevk deliğinde (3) oluşan ve yorulma dayanımı açısından en kritik bölgeyi oluşturan kesimdeki gerilmeleri %20 mertebesine kadar azaltabilen ek basınç odası (7) uygulaması ile ilgilidir. Buluşa konu olan enjektör sisteminde, enjektör gövdesi (9) içinde ek bir basınç odasının (7) teşkil edilmesi ile yakıt giriş kanalının gövde içindeki sevk deliği (3) ile birleştiği bölgede yüksek gerilim değerlerinin azaltılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu uygulama ile enjektör mukavemeti artarken yakıt basıncı kritik kesitte gerilmelere bağlı kırılma olmaksızın artırılabilecektir.
