Bağlantı parçaları (3, 4, 5, 6) ile ısıtma panellerinden (2) en az bir tanesinin köşelerine akışkanı ısıtmak için tesis edilen ve alternatif olarak alt gövde (8) ile birlikte bir kompakt vana donanımı (7) ile de tesis edilen, alt ana geri dönüş akış çıkış bağlantı parçası (3) ve ileri akış giriş bağlantı parçasının (9), ısıtma akışkanının akışını kontrol etmek için regülasyon elemanı (11) ile donatılan üst bağlantı parçasının (5) içine doğru akan, ekli nakil borusu (10) ile birbirine sıkıca bağlanmasından oluşan, kombine ısıtma için bir yüzeysel ısıtma ünitesi (1) olup, akışkan sirkülasyonunu sağlamak üzere alt ana bağlantı parçasının (3) yüzeysel ısıtma ünitesinin (1) dış tarafı üzerine konuşlandırılan alt sekonder geri dönüş akış bağlantı parçasının (4) birbirine sıkıca bağlanması ve bu bağlantı parçalarının birbirine bağlandığı ana bölümün, yüzeysel ısıtma ünitesinin (1) alt kısmına paralel olarak konuşlandırılan içi boş profilden (12) oluşması ve bu profilin bir elektrikli ısıtıcı (13) ile donatılması ile karakterize edilmektedir.
