Abstract

E14000 elektrikli dizilere ait fan ve kompresör motorlarinin asenkron alternatif akim motorlari ile degistirilmesi ve alternatif akim sürücüsü ile sürülmesi saglanmaktadir. Yükseltici tip regülatör kiyici (6 ve 8), kontrollü PWM evirgeç (7 ve 9), asenkron AC motor (10 ve 11), filtre devresi ve kontrol devresi (18) alt birimlerdir. Yükseltici tip regülatör kiyici (6 ve 8) dizi üzerinde mevcut diyot köprü dogrultmacin çikis gerilim seviyesini yükseltecek ve ayni zamanda regülasyonu saglayacak özellikte gelistirilmistir. Üç fazli standart evirgeç (7 ve 9) biriminin giris beslemesi olarak yeni nesil güç yari iletkeni IGBT (22) içeren kiyici kullanilmis, güç faktörü "1" (bir) yapilmis ve harmonikler minimuma indirilmistir.E14000 electrical series fan and compressor motors are replaced with asynchronous alternating current motors and driven with alternating current driver. The amplifier type regulator chopper (6 and 8) has been developed to increase the output voltage level of the diode bridge rectifier on the array and at the same time provide regulation. As the input supply of the three phase standard inverter (7 and 9) unit, a chopper containing the new generation power-half conductor IGBT (22) was used, power factor "1" (one) was made and harmonics were minimized.
