Abstract

Bulus, glükoamilaz, proteolitik ve ksilanaz etkinlikleri arzeden çok-enzimli ürüne iliskindir, bu ürünün özelligi, bir Aspergillus niger türü ile fermente edilmis bugday kepegini kapsamasidir, bahsedilen mevcut enzimatik glükoamilaz, proteolitik ve ksilanaz etkinlikler asagidaki minimum degerlerde mevcuttur: glükoamilaz: kuru maddenin grami basina en azindan 100 GU, proteolitik: kuru maddenin grami basina en azindan 100 PU, ksilanaz: kuru maddenin grami basina en azinidan 100 XU, bu durumun kosulu, glükoamilaz etkinliginin kuru maddenin grami basina en azindan 750 GU olmasi ve/veya ksilanaz etkinliginin kuru maddenin grami basina en azindan 300 XU olmasidir. Bulus metanol ya da tek mideli hayvan yeminin üretilmesi için yararli olmaktadir.
