Abstract
Yitria stabilize edilmis zirkonya (YSZ) isil bariyer kaplamasi gibi bir seramik kaplamanin (18), bir gaz türbin motoru parçasi (10) gibi bir parçanin yüzeyinden kaldirilma yöntemidir. Yöntem genellikle seramik kaplamanin (18) amonyum biflorit, seçimlik olarak bir islama ajani içeren yükselen bir sicaklikta tutulmasi saglanirken içinde tutuldugu bir çözelti içine batirilmasina maruz birakilmayi gerektirir.
