Abstract

Bu bulus, dikey yönde uzunlamasina, tamamen kaynak yapilmis, gaz geçirmez olan ve içinden geçen bir cüruf muslugu içeren bir katli egimli firin tabanina sahip bir brulör bölümüyle donatilmis olan birlestirilmis, tek parça halinde bir buhar jeneratörü ve kömür gazlastirici cihazi ile ilgilidir. Cüruf muslugu, brulör bölümünden curüf almak ve aktarmak için bir cüruf tanki ya da bir daldirilmis zincirli çekici konveyör ile iletisim halindedir. Brulör bölümünün üstündeki bölümleri kömür gazlastirma islemi ile üretilen sentez gazini aktarmak için uygun boru materyalleri ile donatilmistir. Bölmenin üst bölümünde bir yukariya akisi saglayan geçitle bir asagiya dogru akisi saglayan geçit içeren bir çok geçirgenli konveksiyon geçis bölümü vardir. Sentez gazindan külü ayiklamak için bir araç konveksiyon geçit bölümünün çikisina baglanmistir.
