Abstract
Sunulan bulus, immünomüdoleli bitkilere konvansiyonel bir mikrop öldürücü uygulayarak sinerjistik hastalik direnci araciligiyla bitkileri pastojen saldirisindan korumak için bir metotla ilgilidir. Immünomodüleli bitkiler, SAR'in aktive edildigi bitkilerdir ve bu nedenle ''SAR-On'' bitkileri olarak adlandirilirlar. Imümonomodülelil bitkiler en az üç yolla saglanabilir, BTH, INA veya SA gibi SAR'in bir kimyasal indükleyicisini bitkilere uygulayarak: SAR genlerinini ve/veya hastalik direnç fenotipinin yapici ifadesine dayanan seçiçi bir üretim araciligiyla, veya NIMI geninin fonksiyonel bir formu gibi bir veya daha fazal SAR geni ile bitkileri transforme ederek mikro öldürücüyü ortak bir immünomodüleli bitkiye uygularak, hastalik direnci beklenmedik bir sekilde sinerjistik olarak arttirilir, bir baska deyisle hastalik direncinin seviyesi beklenen hastalik direncinin katki seviyesinden daha fazladir.The present invention relates to a method of protecting plants from a pathogen attack by applying a conventional germicidal to immunomodulated plants.
