Abstract

The present invention consists of an intelligent garment ensuring the acquisition, analysis and wireless transmission of physiological data (ECG electrocardiogram, heart rate, respiratory tidal volume, respiratory rate, body temperature and blood oxygen saturation SP02, the Electrodermal Activity (GSR), Blood pressure, blood sugar level ...) of the patient to ensure continuous monitoring, in real time and autonomously and independent of any control device such as smartphones, computers and tablets or others. Said invention thus enables the detection of an acute state of health and the prevention of risks by a specific self-alert for a possible rapid and personalized intervention. This management is ensured by an electronic module coupled to the garment which transmits the information to a “Cloud” server allowing the storage and use of personal data in complete security managed by a medical team 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. In addition, the present invention relates to an interconnection system based on washable textile materials reinforced by conductive concave rivets, providing a connection of the electronic module to the so-called intelligent garment incorporating conductive textile electrodes. Personal data can be viewed at any time on the bearer's smartphone and / or tablet, thanks to a free dedicated application, compatible with Android, iOS and Windows. This surveillance model is an intelligent, vigorous solution that adapts perfectly to personal lifestyles. It monitors and analyzes daily activities and automatically notifies wearers of the garment, healthcare professionals of the dedicated medical monitoring platform, family members and the attending physician and the SAMU in the event of an emergency. Autonomously, on the one hand, the GSM module of the e-garment of this invention communicates directly with the medical call center and will transmit the data of the subscriber's state of health to the Cloud server of the Center. These data, together with the user's personal data and his medical file, help the supervising doctor to quickly present him with the most appropriate advice and intervention. On the other hand, this GSM module allows a family member or the attending physician (pre-registered in the module SIM card) to voluntarily reassure themselves of the patient's state of health. In fact, he can call the module SIM number and thus receives an instant patient health status report in the form of an SMS or through the mobile application. This connected e-garment is an underwear designed to be comfortable, light, breathable and perfectly machine washable, while retaining its microelectronic functionality.
