Abstract

The subject of the present invention is a process for producing spores of microorganisms of fungal origin on a solid medium (fermentation in solid medium "FMS"), said solid medium comprising a solid absorbent support of low density and practically non-fermentable, impregnated with a culture medium suitable for the growth of said microorganisms and comprising a suspension of spores of said microorganisms, characterized in that it comprises, during the spore production phase, the application of a stress chosen from a water stress, oxygen stress and / or temperature stress. The present invention also relates to the use of the spores thus obtained and / or their metabolites in the fields of agronomy, chemistry and / or pharmacy.
