This goal is achieved by the fact that in a hydroclinic device, including a power hydrocylindiae with a piston, a iiiTOK with a spacer wedge, two sliding cheeks, a device for injecting fluid into the working cavity of a hydraulic cylinder with a drive, accumulating tank with a separating element, feeding the patr. the side and return pipe with a shut-off valve mounted on the hydraulic cylinder / and a control valve connecting the device to an air pneumatic line, the accumulating reservoir is mounted concentrically to the power hydraulic cylinder, and the p1separation element is designed as an elastic sleeve and is also mounted concentric to the power hydraulic cylinder In addition, the outer wall of the accumulator The reservoir tank is made in the form of a pipe section with cone-shaped landing gear at the ends, which contacts the surface of the power hydra cylinder. In addition, the hydraulic cylinder is provided on the outer surface with annular protrusions with conical seats for mounting the outer wall of the reservoir, the protrusions made of foam and having annular grooves for accommodating the ends of the separating element. In another embodiment, the ends of the separating element are provided with thickenings. Such a design solution both ensures maximum operational reliability and compactness of the device. The last 3 factors determine the convenience of servicing the device. Increased operational reliability is ensured by efficiently separating the air and oil cavities of the accumulating reservoir, as well as reducing the stresses generated by the working pressure in the walls of the hydraulic cylinder due to its partial pressure compensation on the external walls of the hydraulic cylinder that occur in the accumulating reservoir. The drawing shows the design of the device. A hydroclinic device for crushing rock consists of a hydraulic cylinder 1 with a piston 2 and a rod 3, a wedge 4., cheeks 5, devices for pumping fluid into the working cavity of a hydraulic cylinder consisting of a sleeve b, a plunger 7, a return spring 8 and a back valve 9 with spring 10, actuator 11 (air motor) with eccentric 12 as well as storage tank with outer wall 13, separating element 14 in the form of a diaphragm, feeding nozzle 15 and nozzle 16 for returning fluid with valve 17. Air cavity iruyuschego reservoir communicates through fitting 18 with either air line or to the atmosphere. The rod end of the cylinder cylinder is also communicated through pipe 19, either with the air line or with. the atmosphere. The hydraulic cylinder has on the outer surface annular protrusions 20 and 21 with annular grooves to accommodate annular bulges on the ends of the diaphragm 14, the protrusion 20 above the protrusion 21 (stepped arrangement, and the seats of the projections are made conical. The compression of the diaphragm 14 is carried out by axial movement of the outer wall 13 using a nut 22. A hydroclinic device for destroying rocks works as follows: The device’s working body (wedge 4 and cheeks 5) are inserted into a hole drilled in rock When the shut-off valve 17 is open, air From the line will flow through fitting 18 into the air cavity of the storage tank and, compressing the diaphragm 14, displace oil through the supply nozzle 15 and the return pipe of the liquid 16 into the cylinder 1 cavity, carrying out accelerated (preparatory) movement of the wedge 4. As soon as the movement of the wedge stops (controlled visually), shut off the valve 17 and the oil is injected into the cavity of the hydraulic cylinder 1 only with the help of a plunger pump, this air motor 11 through the eccentric trick 12, actuates the plunger 7. When the required pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is reached, the rock is destroyed. To bring the device back to its original position, the valve 17 is opened. The air cavity of the accumulating reservoir is communicated through the nozzle 18 with the atmosphere, and the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder 1 is connected to the air line through the nozzle 19. In this case, the oil from the hydraulic cylinder 1 through the return pipe 16 is displaced into the oil cavity of the accumulating reservoir. The use of the invention in the mining industry will improve the ease of maintenance of the device, which will increase the productivity of the splitting of oversize, as well as reduce the cost of repair and maintenance of the device by increasing the reliability
