(54) DEVICE FOR BUILDING THE NAVEL
Изобретение относитс к электро- ; энергетике и может примен тьс на -: воздушных лини х электропередачи высших классов напр жений, трассы которых пересекают микроклиматические зоны с интенсивным гололедообразованием .This invention relates to electro; power engineering and can be used on -: high-voltage overhead power lines, the routes of which cross microclimatic zones with intense icing.
1 .Known melting ice with alternating current by the method of short circuit 1.
Недостаток данной плавки заключаетс в том, что она имеет ограниченную , область применени на лини х высших классов напр жени из-за недостатка мощности, котора может быть получена со стороны подстанции, питающей схему плавки;The disadvantage of this smelting is that it has a limited scope for use on higher voltage lines due to the lack of power that can be obtained from the substation that feeds the smelting circuit;
2.Closest to the present invention is a device for melting ice on insulated from each other wires of the split phase, mounted on supports using a wire of insulators, which contains a melting transformer, the primary winding of which is connected in series to the wires of the split phase, and the melting circuit formed by the secondary winding transformer melting and wires split phase S2.
A disadvantage of the known device for melting ice is that the secondary windings of the ice melting transformer are included in the dissection of the wires of the split phase and the entire current of the ice melting flows through them. From this it follows that the installed power of the ice melting transformer must be not less than the power required for melting the ice, and when selecting the cross section and insulation class of the transformer windings, material and the cross section of the magnetic core, this circumstance must be taken into account.

The purpose of the invention is to reduce the installed power and insulation class of the windings of the transformer for melting the ice and for realizing it, melting the ice on separate ice-hazardous parts of the 20 aerial power lines with split phases, as well as reducing the rated current, voltage and switching power of the switching equipment and regulating the current of melting by reducing the reactance of the melting circuit.
The goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for melting a holole on the insulated wires of a split phase insulated from each other, fixed on supports using a wire of insulators containing a melting transformer, the primary winding of which is connected in series to the split phase wire and circuit Plavj, KH, formed by the secondary winding of the melting transformer and the wires of the split phase, the ice melting transformer is made in the form of a single-phase multi-section current transformer with a number of parallel branches per obm on the primary side, equal to the number of insulated phase wires of an icy-hazardous portion of the power transmission line insulated from each other, as well as with the number of parallel secondary windings one less than the number of wires of the split phase, and the device is equipped with metal jumpers connecting the split wires the phases at the ends of the icy-hazardous area, with the secondary windings included in the dissections of the metal jumpers installed on the melting transformer side; In addition, the device for melting the ice is equipped with variable capacitor batteries included in the splitting of jumpers installed at the end of the icy hazardous section and switches, each of which shunts the branches of the primary windings of the smelting transformers, and the smelting transformer at one of the ends of the icy dangerous section with the help of hinge isolators on the line support, and the end clamps of the output ends of the secondary winding branches are connected to the body of the melting transformer. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the inclusion of an ice melting transformer on sections of a transmission line with two wires in a split phase; figure 2 - the same, with three wires in the split phase; Fig. 3 shows the connection circuit of variable capacitors to the ice melting circuit at the section of the transmission line with two wires in the split phase; in Fig. 4, the same with three wires in the split phase; Figures 5 and 6 show wiring diagrams for switching equipment; Figures 7 and 8 are diagrams for connecting the terminal clamps of the secondary windings to the transformer body of the ice melting and fastening the transformer of the ice melting to the suspension insulators. Figures 1 and 2 illustrate an electrical system whose elements are generator 1, transformer 1PI 2, linear switches 3 and disconnectors 4, power lines 5 with split phases (in Fig. 1, lines with two wires), in Fig. 2 - lines with three-wire phases, an icing hazardous area b, on one of which is connected a single-phase multisection ice melting transformer with primary windings 7, included in the dissection of wires of the split phase, and secondary windings 8, and on the other end of section b is installed Allical jumper 9 electrically connecting the wires of the split phase. Within the b section of the wire, the phases are insulated from each other using remote insulating spacers (not shown. Cross connection of the secondary windings 8 of the melting transformer to the wires of the split phase reduces the installed power of the ice melting transformer , since the line currents do not flow along them in the ice melting mode, but only the additional ice melting currents. On fig.Z and 4 shows the inclusion in the cutting of the metal jumper 9 of the battery capacitors 10 of variable capacity. In addition to controlling the electric current in the ice melting mode, the inclusion of capacitors 10 in the melting circuit reduces the installed power of the ice melting transformer. Such an inclusion allows the use of simplest capacitors, since in normal operation of the line and during short circuits on the transmission line, load currents and short-circuit through currents do not flow through them. In this case, the wires of the split phases of the rest of the line must be isolated from each other for a sufficient length of time. Figure 5 and b shows the connection switches 11, the contacts of which in the normal mode of operation of the line, when the wires of the transmission line are free of ice, shunt the primary windings 7 of the transformer melting. Such a circuit for connecting switches allows to reduce the rated current, voltage and power of the circuit breakers, since their contacts only bypass the primary windings of the melting transformer. FIGS. 7 and 8 schematically show the mounting of the ice melting transformer housing 12 to the bushings of the insulators 13 and the connection of the terminal clamps of the secondary windings 8 to the transformer housing 12. Suspension of the ice melting transformer to the wiring of insulators 13 and connecting the terminal clamps of the secondary windings 8 to the transformer housing 12 reduces the isolation class of the transformer

It is advisable to use the invention in npaktika. Today, there are no devices for melting ice on high-class power transmission lines without disconnecting them, therefore, for areas of a country with intensive icing, air lines are designed to be ice-resistant with high capital costs. If on-line transmission of higher classes, ice melting can be organized without disconnecting electricity consumers, then the rules of electrical installation devices allow the design of transmission lines to reduce the estimated ice loads on one area of climatic conditions for ice.
Moreover, the implementation of ice melting on the upper classes using the invention is possible with less capital expenditures on equipment, since the components of the proposed ice melting device have lower power and a lower insulation class than the elements of the known ice melting device under the same operating conditions. .
