(54) POWER DRILLING MACHINE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the drilling of 1SHPUR in rocks.
ClJ.A hydraulic hammer drill machine is known, comprising a housing, a differential piston-hammer, forming a receiver cavity with the housing, communicating with the annulus through a safety valve, an anvil with a central drill, differential valve ClJ.
However, in a known hydro percussion machine, all the impact energy is transmitted to one drill, which limits the drilling performance, limiting the application of a certain impact power to it that corresponds to the durability of the drilling tool. This does not always allow the full realization of the energy potential of hydrostatic machines.
. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by providing the simultaneous drilling of several holes. .
This goal is achieved by the fact that a hydraulic hammer drill machine, comprising a housing, a differential piston hammer, forming a receiver hollow with a housing, communicating with the annular space through a safety valve, an anvil with a central drill, a differential valve, is equipped with an additional bursa and a ratchet rotary mechanism with a hammer with a hammer the central and satellite gears, the anvil has sockets in which are placed the shanks of additional drills, and. central and satellite gears are installed with the possibility of axial movement, respectively, on the anvil, and additional drills.

25 to cylinder 5, two nozzles 15 and 16 are made. A channel 17 is also made in the body. Inside the case there are respectively a collection piston-hammer 18 of differential shape with an annular
30 A protrusion 19, a ratchet rotary mechanism 20 a piston — a hammer 18, a differential valve 21 with an internal protrusion 22 and openings 23, an anvil 24 with flushing channels 2 with its hexagonal shank in a hex socket piston n-hammer 18, partition 26 sec from a mile mi 27, intermediate bushing 2b with sockets 29 and flush. The inner channels 30, the central gear 31 and the gears of the satellites 32. The sockets 29 accommodate the drill shafts 33, for which the sockets simultaneously serve as trunnions (i.e., the shanks rotate in the trunnion sockets and perceive the shock loads). inside the satellite gears, 32 with the possibility of axial movement, being. with swivels for these boers. The gears-satellites 32 are engaged with the central gear 31, which is loosely attached to the slotted protrusions of the anvil 24, into which the central drill 34 is inserted. Therefore, five drills can participate in this machine at the same time. If necessary, the number of drills can be reduced; their number is 4.3, 2. In the central | of the thickened part of the piston, the cuffs 35 and 36, which act as valves, are missing. In the drawing, the machine parts are shown in their original position. The device works as follows. Pressure fluid from a hose connected to the pipe 15 enters the cavity of the cylinder 5 and then through the pipe 16 and the hose connecting it to the pipe 8 enters through the pipe 8, channels 10, 23 into the piston-piston cavity of the hammer 18, removes the piston the hammer 18 back (to the right in the drawing), since the platforms of its streamlined pressure water are unequal (the front end area is larger than the rear end square), there is an area not fully compensated by the pressure of compressed air from the receiver cavity 13. At the same time, the piston-hammer 18 overcomes resistance from the compressed air from the receiver cavity and is rotated by a ratchet mechanism 20 at a certain angle, along with the anvil 24, the drill 34, the gear 31 and the gear satellites 32 with the drill 32 connected to it. Thus, during the return stroke of the piston of the hammer 18, all the drills are simultaneously rotated by the ratchet mechanism 20 at the same angle (33 and 34}. During the return stroke, the piston hammer 18 after closing the channel 17 of the sleeve 35 compresses the air in the annular chamber 12, from which it can penetrate into the receiver 13 through the cuff 36, replenishing it with compressed air gradually flowing through leaks. The pressure in the receiver cavity 13 is regulated by the reset valve 14. Passing the predetermined distance back, the piston-hammer 18 touches its annular ledge 19 behind the protrusion 22 of the valve 21 and opens the valve 21 from the partition 26, opening the exhaust ports 27. After that, the valve 21 moves back independently, since from the areas of its ends (front and rear), streamlined by pressurized water, the front end area is larger than the back by the amount of uncompensated the pressure of the area communicating through the holes 9 with the annulus. In the initial period of movement of the valve 21 back, its holes 23 are displaced relative to the annular channel 10 and turn out to be quickly blocked, the piston-hammer 18 stops The fluid column also stops in the water supply hoses, and a hydraulic shock occurs, under the action of which the fluid overpressure (at the rear smaller) end of the piston-hammer 18, and also rushes forward from the receiver cavity 13 under the action of compressed air (to the left in the drawing ), water is pushed out of the piston cavity through the exhaust channels 27, 7 and 6. Part of the exhaust water from cavity 7 through channels 25 and 30 penetrates into the axial channels of the drills and passes through them into the hole to flush it and remove the drilling fines. As it moves forward, the piston-hammer 18 encounters a valve 21 moving towards it under the pressure of the exhaust fluid, carries it along with itself, strikes the anvil 24 with the drill 34, which is transmitted through the intermediate sleeve-anvil 28 to the drill shanks 33. After that the valve 21 is pressed against the baffle 26, as a result of which the liquid is expelled to the outside from under the piston of the hammer piston, and again the column of liquid in the supply hoses stops and a hydraulic shock occurs, which is due to The bores 23 of the valve 21 in the forward position coincide with the ring; the outflow channel 10 is transmitted through these openings to the piston chamber of the piston-hammer. The force of the water hammer and the overpressure of the liquid is brought back by the hammer piston 18, and the process is repeated. The machine is fed to the face using an automatic feeder.
The use of the present invention allows a single mechanism of a rotary shock method to simultaneously drill several wells in strong rocks, as a result of which the productivity of work is increased.
