(54) MAGNETIC DRIVE OF THE SWITCH
Ml.The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in the development of drives for low-power and miniature relay devices of switching equipment and precision mechanics. Known magnetic switch containing the source. MDS magnetic body and contact electrodes Ml.
The disadvantage of this magnetic switch is its low reliability.
2).The closest to the invention to the technical essence is a magnetic actuator of the switch, which is the source of the MDS, the magnetic body and the magnetic circuit, near one of the poles of which the specified source of the MDS is located, and the magnetic body is located in the rupture of the magnetic circuit that can be moved from one pole to another 2).
This magnetic drive is characterized by a narrow field of application, as the control requires a moving or two-source MDS source.
The purpose of the invention is an extension of vol. areas of application
гаочател указанные магнитные элементы выполнены так, что в исходном положении по мере удалени от полюса магнитопровода , содержащего источник МДС, к противоположному полюсу индукци магнитного пол увеличиваетс , а в сработанном положении - уменьшаетс .The goal is achieved by the fact that, in the magnetic drive of the swivel magnet, these magnetic elements are made so that in the initial position, as they move away from the magnetic circuit pole containing the source of MDS to the opposite pole, the magnetic field increases and in the depleted position decreases.

The magnetic drive (Fig. 1) contains a source of a magnetic field, made on a permanent magnet, magnetic tapo 2, which has a prismatic or cylindrical 30 form and is placed in the rupture of the magnetic circuit 3 with the possibility of reciprocating movement between stops 4 and 5 of the restrictor b and -with two working gaps 7 and 8 relative to policies 9 and 10, respectively, of source 1 and element 11, which is the moving section of magnetic drive 3. Pole area 9 is larger and pole area 10 is less than square, facing them poles m In the position of the movable element 11 displaced to the body 2, the configuration of the magnetic field in the rupture of the magnetic circuit, as well as in the working gaps 7 and 8, is characterized by the fact that most magnetic induction lines 12 approach each other from the source 1 of the magnetic the floor In this case, the magnetically controlled body 2 under the action of the resultant force F is in the initial position corresponding to its maximum possible distance from the source 1 (up to the stop 5 of the limiter 6). The magnetic drive acts as follows. When element 11 is removed from body 2 in the direction of arrow 13 (Fig. 2, the configuration of the field in the gap changes the convergence of the magnetic induction lines 12 in the gap 8 and their number associated with the pole 10 of element 11, and the force F gradually decreases. This magnetic flux dispersion in the gap 8 and its magnetic resistance is achieved such a state of the magnetic drive (Fig. 2), in which the resulting force F2 acting on the magnetically controlled body 2, acquires not only the reverse direction, but also becomes capable of shifting the magnetically controlled the body 2 to the pole 9. of the source 1 MDS (up to the stop 4 of the limiter 6). This changes the field configuration in both gaps 7 and 8 (Fig. 3), and the force acting on the magnetically controlled body 2 becomes F ,, F, iipw. Gradually approaching the pole 10 of the element 11 to the magnetically controlled body 2 in the direction of the arrow 14 (Fig. 4), the magnetic field configuration returns to its original form, with the force F first decreasing to zero, then changing direction and, accordingly, gradually grows. When it reaches 4, the values of 4-i become capable of returning the magnetically controlled body 2 and the drive as a whole and the original initial state (Fig. 1). The magnetically guided body 2 can be made of a magnet of a soft, magnetically hard and semi-rigid material, moreover, the pole 10 of element 11 can have a constant magnetization. The limiter b can not have stops 4 and 5 and be only a guiding element. Another example of a device is the design of a magnetic drive without permanent magnets (FIG. 5). In this case, the source 1 of the magnetic field is electromagnetic, the magnetically controlled body 2 is spherical (ball), the magnetic actuator 3 and the stops 4 and 5 are missing, and the stop 6 is made in a bidet of a tubular reed switch cylinder encompassing a magnetically controlled body 2 (contact details are not shown). Element 11 is made stationary in the form of a retaining cylinder of the reed switch and is provided with a control winding 15, which can be connected via a switch 16 to the same source 17 of electrical current (or another). The cores of the source 1 and element 11 and the magnetically controlled body 2 can be made of a magnet of a soft or semi-rigid material. In the latter case, it is possible to carry out a bistable control of the drive by current pulses. The path of the magnetic induction lines 12 in the initial state of the device is shown by a dotted line, and in the de-energized state of the device the magnetic-controlled body 2 at the pole 10 is held by the resultant force due to the residual magnetization of the cores of the source 1, element 11 and the magnetic-controlled body 2. The field configuration in the gaps 7 and 8 is similar to that shown for the previous one. The device operates as follows. When the source 17 is turned on, a current flows through the winding of the electromagnetic source 1 of the magnetic field, and the created magnetic field presses the body 2 to the pole 10 of the element 11. When the key 16 closes, the winding 15 flows around the current from the source 17, which reverses the reverse polarity field to the main field of the source 1. It is enough to partially demagnetize the pole 10 of element 11 (without compensating for the effect of the main magnetic flux in eeor 8) and thereby reduce the convergence of the magnetic induction lines to obtain the resulting force Fy that can move body 2 away from the pole 10 on the way into, Luce 9 (FIG. 5 pokaeano intermediate state between the body 2 and the poles 9 and 10 corresponding to an exemplary configuration of the magnetic induction lines). After switching off the current through the winding 15 with the switch 16, the field configuration takes the form shown in FIG. 4, and the body 2 returns to its initial state to the pole 10. The proposed magnetic mechanism is simple in design and has
